We went to Raising Canes for the first time together. The short lady with a boy cut (mostly shaded/faded black hair) was so rude to us. She was impatient with us while ordering and had a snarky attitude/answers while answering basic questions about their food. I asked her if we can substitute anything in the combo meal and she flat out said "NO." This is odd especially since Raising Canes DOES allow substitutions. Then we gave $100 bill and she slammed drive thru window and exclaimed "OMGOSH" as if we did a crime by handing her a $100 bill. She seemed annoyed she had to give us back change and for whatever reason, on our reciept it says we gave $20, but we gave $100. But she gave us back the correct change of $84 and some change, but with an attitude. Then we waited for a while to get our food, and then she only gave us 5 chicken fingers instead of 6. We went back through drive thru to tell her, and she slammed the drive thru window shut again before giving us the 6th chinken finger. No sorry or anything. We suspect she was being racist towards Indians. Otherwise, why be so downright rude? And lie about your menu? You obviously don't want us to shop at your store. No problem, we will just go elsewhere that are polite and accepting. If you want your morning ruined, go here. Husband and I decided we won't...

On Friday, August 22 at 5:23 PM, I stopped by Raising Cane’s on 5688 FM 423. I placed a large order (the same order I place regularly), but the employee taking my order appeared to have difficulty understanding and placed me on hold twice. During that time, three other cars were served before me. When I pulled around to receive my food, my order was incomplete—I was missing one lemonade and two orders of fries. The young woman who handed me my food (appearing to be of Asian descent) questioned me and insisted that I had already received the fries. I explained that I had not, and she reluctantly called the manager. I then opened every container in front of him to show that the items were indeed missing. Only after proving this was I given the fries, without so much as an apology. To make matters worse, the food was not hot and the fries I eventually received were cold. Between the poor customer service, the dismissive attitude of the employee, and the lack of quality in the food, this was by far the worst Cane’s experience I’ve ever had. I will likely not return. Fast food service has become...

my boyfriend was ordering for us at the drive thru, and the lady taking orders through the speaker had given my boyfriend quite a bit of attitude. my boyfriend ordered two 3 finger combos, both with sweet tea. the lady asked him, “anything else?” and he asked her to add 1 extra cane’s sauce to 1 of the meals. halfway through asking her for it, she interrupts him and says “okay, anything else?” so to make sure she caught it, since she felt so strongly she needed to interrupt him, he repeats, “one extra cane’s sauce.” she feels the need to interrupt him again, with more attitude, saying, “okay, ANYTHING ELSE?” my boyfriend went silent, as he was shocked by her reaction. i said “that’s it.” when we pulled up to the window, she would side-eye us and then turn back away, as if she knew what she did. she had long, dirty blonde hair tied back in a ponytail. i did not catch her name, but her rotten attitude ruined my appetite. i understand she could’ve had a bad day, but to take it out on someone who was nowhere near rude towards her, is ridiculous and i...

The chicken strips & fries were just OK... somewhat bland and relying mostly on the sauce to give them flavor. The coleslaw was decent enough. My main issues were the small sauce cups (which aren't free) and them putting the hot chicken directly on the styrofoam container, burning a hole through it (which could've made a mess in my car). It should've been on an insulating sheet, to keep the styrofoam from melting and implicitly transferring onto the chicken... I'd prefer to not eat foam chemicals. That's cutting corners a bit too much for my taste. They lost 2 stars for each... not being a good value and the melted container.

Went in for late lunch. Service was superb! Greeted by Cane's crew as we walked in the door. Our order was promptly taken; we shared th Caniac Plate. We made up our drink and condiments. The drink and condiments were clean and well stocked. Our food order was delivered to our table, fresh and hot. Tasted very good as well. The Caniac Plate was filling for the both of us. The dining room was clean and the bathrooms were too. This Cane's location is the best. I strongly/highly recommend this Cane's. We will definitely visit again in the near future. Thanks Cane's!!!
