If I could give this no stars I would. I rarely write this kind of review but this experience was really terrible. This is the 2nd time I have been to this location with the same result - bad service. I thought the first time it was just a bad day but nope not so. Today, I took my grandsons here again. I placed my order at the kiosk & proceed to wait for my order. My name appears on the screen saying that my order is being processed. We sat for at least 5 minutes before I got up to check on my order. The screen now says that my order is ready - not so. No one is at the counter to ask & no one will stop to see what I need. My name is now gone from the screen all together. Finally someone comes up, I ask about my order. She proceeds to tell me that they don’t have a receipt with my name on it. It’s been at least 10 minutes now & they have lost my order. They proceed to keep working on other orders. Finally a male manger comes up asking what I ordered. He gets my order & tells me they will be with me in a minute. I tell him no that I have been waiting for minutes & need my food. He brings us ice cream & then proceeds to go fix our burgers. He brings the burgers & I have to tell him again that one was a kids meal with fries & juice & the other was a meal deal with fries and a medium drink. He then brings out the fries, juice & medium drink cup. I go to fill up my drink & there is no ice in the machine. I have to go up to the counter to get ice. Read moreI've been to this Wendy's location several times. Every time I think, I'm going to give it another try, I get burned. Today, I went to the drive thru. I immediately was told "I'll be right with you". That lasted about 10 minutes and several cars lined up behind me giving me the skunk eye. I even asked; are you ready now and I was told I'll be right with you, again. I finally get out of line, park, and go to the lobby and order from the kiosk. After I enter my 4 person order I get an error message when I attempt to pay saying sorry, we can take care of you at the counter and my order ended. Now I'm behind 4 visitors. Urg!!! I finally get to order. As I'm ordering, I noticed the manager busting ass at the drive thru window while two other guys..a kid named Milton (maybe, couldn't see his name tag clearly) working the fries and another kid (white kid, army hair cut with a red shirt) dragging their feet with very little motivation, poor attitudes zero sense of customer service. The fries dude put some fries down and rolled the bag closed, opened the storage drawer for the fries and slammed the fries bag in the drawer. The white kid was working slow as molasses. Went through the drive through, basic order just wanted a Big Bacon Classic combo with no mayo, asked them to repeat the order just to make sure about the no mayo part. After getting my order drove 10 minutes home to find that they gave me a Spicy Chicken sandwich, no big deal "S" happens. Called them so as to get my order ready and drove back, of course there were now 6 people ahead of me in the drive through and the dining room was closed. After finally getting up to the window I asked for my corrected order and the woman had the nerve to ask if I was willing to pay for it. Of course I said no and tried to hand them back the incorrect chicken sandwich which she refused and continued to argue with me about how they had confirmed my order and I must of have ordered the chicken sandwich. After much back and forth she finally relented and handed over the "correct" sandwich. I should have double checked, but how could they get it wrong twice? Right? Well, long story short got home and found they had given me a baconator, which is NOT what I had ordered. Wound up just throwing it in the trash.
