Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Front Royal

Pretty disappointing. I am exactly 1 mile outside their delivery radius, and the church up the street is right within the line, so I use their address. I've done this with every other food place in town, and it's never been a problem as it's a well-known, well lit, safe area. I noted for them to call me so I could meet them. I get a call from the store stating I wouldn't be receiving my order because it is unsafe for his drivers to do meet-ups; they only deliver directly to people's home addresses. I say ok, my address is exactly 1 mile away from the church, could you deliver to me this time? Nope, they can't do that either. Pretty poor customer service, in my opinion. There is no reason they couldn't meet me at the church; the order is already paid for, so there's no need for cash to be carried and possibly stolen, presumably the safety issue he referred to. I'm not sure how much safer it is to go to someone's home, but nevertheless, we will take our business elsewhere since it clearly isn't...

You’ve got to love a business that calls the police on citizens that are using their parking lot to watch fireworks that only last a half an hour on the 4th of July. It was 9:30 at night, and if they had any sense they would have viewed that as a business opportunity for themselves. I’m sure a percentage of the people parked there would have probably walked in and ordered a pizza, but they needed to be a killjoy and call the law on people who were doing nothing but trying to watch some fireworks and enjoy their evening.

I could see if they were busy and all the people using the parking lot impeded customers not having a place to park, or if people were causing a disturbance or creating problems in the parking lot. The pizza is overrated as is, and I will definitely never give this establishment my...

Sadly I have to give this store 2 stars. I was hoping when I called and left 2 messages for the store manager to call me he/she would but, guess not. I ordered 2 large, pepperoni, extra cheese light on sauce a few nights ago. I get it, it was late at night. But if you are going to stay open late you should make your orders. By time the pizza was delivered and I went to eat the pizza it looked so sad for a $35 plus $10 tip kinda of pizza. Store was closed or I would have called. I did send an email to corporate but never heard anything. But the pizza had No garlic butter, barely any cheese at all and I said light sauce and I don’t even think they put any one it. I’ll add a photo! But yeah almost $50 and only ate a few pieces. Sad because I’ve always had great service and pizza...
