01-28-18 I tried to order a cheesey bread and asked if they would put a topping on it (all my life I have ordered this without a problem) The manager said it was against company policy. I thought he was joking at first. I had to get them to send me the topping on the side. How bizarre! When it got to my house, I realized why. It obviously is not made fresh and comes frozen. The cheese is a hard crust. No wonder it's thier policy. There is no way the toppings will ever stick. The desert is the same way (obviously is not made fresh). I called the next day to get the corporate number. The manager said he did not know it and had to call someone. He took down my name and number and NEVER called me back. I have tried the pizza a few time and it I'd just O K. In an area where there is 5 other pizza options, I thought this place would be a whole lot better. IT'S NOT Update; The franchise owner called (about 24 hours after me leaving Google review ) He was very professional. He said that all the ingredients are fresh. I asked him why I could not get toppings on my cheesey bread. He said that "there was no way to put it in the P O S system (computer) and at the end of the day, we are not going to do that for anyone. It take away from our pizza" I guess they forget who is the costumer. Update; responce to owner on 02-10-18. YOU are the one who responded to me. YOU are the one who told me that you"just wasn't going to do that" I am not sure who you are trying to fool but, these good people in your area can actually read the time line of this and see through what you are trying to pull. We have ordered 6 times, and 5 out of the 6 times there has been an issue with our pizza. They either lost the order, brought us the wrong pizza, told us we would be getting a new pizza multiple times and it never showed up. Our most recent experience we ordered pizzas as 615, they didn't show up at 725 as the app stated. We called and got another excuse and that our pizzas were just coming out of the oven. The pizzas finally show up two and a half hours later and they are wrong. We called back and they said they would bring us new pizzas in 30 minutes. Here we are, 5 minutes now before before they close and we call to check. The changing manager never told the new one about our order so we had no pizzas. Finally, at 1045 we got our correct pizzas we ordered at 615. They did credit us back and apologized 100 times, but the fact that this is the 5th time we have had issues with this place floors me. Beware, if you order a pizza, do so 3 hours in advance to account for whatever excuse they throw at you. On a side note, this happened to our 4th order, which they said they would refund my 30 dollars which they never did.
*Update, the owner of this location did call and speak to me which was appreciated. I told him my concerns and he seemed to understand, so hopefully myself and others will no longer have these issues. Given there is limited fast food pizza between domino's and pappa johns, I will give these guys...

Usually when my wife goes to pick up the pizza but this time we both went, to our surprise the restaurant was dirty. The food prep area had food all over the place the floor was covered in flour and plastic bags creating a safety hazzard The lady that was cutting the pizza hair wa long was not tied up and swinging over the the pizzas as she was taking them out of the oven. The entire crew seemed oblivious to the conditions of the restaurant or just didnāt care. My wife spoke to the manager and she removed the lady from the oven area but it was a little too late for me. I was in the food service business years ago and never worked under those conditions if something was spilled on the floor it was immediately cleaned up. If the store was busy I could understand some mess but not to that extent. We were the only customers in the store at that time and there were at least 10 employees there one of the should have been cleaning and the manager should have made certain that good hygiene and proper food handling processes should have...
