McDonald's — Restaurant in Fruitland

I've been in this McDonald's many times over 3 years I went to sit and talk to a friend and I decided to get a bite to eat I hadn't had dinner so I ordered their $6 meal the one that you get a 10-piece nugget with small fry apple pie and a drink so I ordered a 10-piece nugget freshly-cooked also I ordered the small fry with no salt apple pie and a Sprite well Lord to behold when I open the chicken nuggets they were flat they were hard and they were dried up they actually look like they have been overcooked which I believe I can't say but I believe they reheated them and it made them hard and they were nasty so I went and got the manager and she came over and I said look at the Nugget and she says oh okay what's wrong with them I picked one up broken in half I said this is not your nuggets these are nasty oh okay well no problem I'll have some fresh ones done for you and I'm like that's what I wanted in the first place thank you so she went ahead and she gave me fresh nuggets and Lord and behold when she brought them back they were thick plump fresh I wish I had took a picture of the before and after you would understand what I'm talkin about so when you go in there make sure you ask and make the manager that you want fresh nuggets they got to come out looking fresh and they got to be hot where you can't even bite them I'm sorry I can't eat cold nuggets it feels like I'm chewing up rubber but anyway I did stay away from McDonald's for quite a while so I think I'm going to stay away from McDonald's for good sorry I wish I could give a better yeah review but I can't so y'all have a nice holiday if y'all want to go somewhere as worth your money go to Olive Garden for what you pay their you can get it all you can eat lunch buffet with soup and salad and breadsticks for what you pay there cuz that's what I did today and it was awesome I had lasagna all I can eat salad breadsticks and all the ice water I want it for $8 wow don't you think that's a better choice...

Honestly out of all the fast food places in Salisbury other than Chick-fil-A this place has never messed my order up once, consistent low prices and deals. Always changing kids toys, great management extremely fast but the fact that it IS fast and they ARE actually listening and rechecking orders is outstanding for an establishment with that high of a consumer base. All the burger kings in town all the Wendy's, cook out and unfortuanlely even Arby's has messed my order up most of the time forgetting to put things in which costs me money and more money if I figure that out at home and need to drive all the way back and by that point it's like I don't even feel like doing that so I take the 5$ hit. But this McDonald's crew and training has to be on the money because even when the lines are long they are friendly, efficient, and effective! With more on the menu than normal fast food joints I am highly impressed. It takes hard work and training to get a team that big to perform so well. So my hats off to you fruitland McDonalds, because I think you are one of the few I haven't lost money to thanks to your proficiency and effort. People don't think it's a big deal but it adds up over time when...

My Daughter went through the drive thru to place a order When they got up to the window the girl said said the total was 24.11 My daughter gave her a 10 dollar gift card and a twenty dollar bill. The cashier put the cash in first instead using the gift card Which she should’ve put the gift card in first. Leaving a balance on the gift card My daughter ask her why didn’t she use it first the cashier turn around and ask the person standing behind her and said that it doesn’t work that way you must use cash first. Which was a lie. When she got home and told me I called another McDonald’s spoke to a manager he said they were supposed to do gift card first. If she could admit, she made a mistake and somebody could’ve fixed it we wouldn’t have this problem. So I called the one 800 number and complain and the supervisor was supposed to call me back. She said she called back and nobody answer the phone. OK why didn’t you leave a message you guys supposed to be professionals please...
