Trax Deli — Restaurant in Salisbury

Called to order manager told me an 1 hour and 45 minutes I said ok which means in my eyes go ahead with the order as I don't drive and can't go in the sun so he ask is that pick up I said no delivery! He said we not doing delivery and hung up on me which I thought was unprofessional later I had my brother call and place my order so they wouldn't spit in my food went to go pick it up I asked for the owner he informed me that him and his brother was the owner so I asked so you the one hung up on me he says yes cause I yelled lol and all customers treat him with respect well I feel as though I already answered his question and he acted like he didn't want stress his delivery driver with the order I have spent countless money here especially in delivery lost a good customer all because he thought I yelled delivery...

Traxx deli has always been amazing. The food is always fresh and delicious. The employees are always polite and friendly. Tonight was the first night we had an issue. We were missing a sub. We called and the nice man apologized multiple times and offered us a piece of cake for having to come back to make it up to us. We understood and respectfully declined. We just wanted our sub. When we went to pick it up he apologized more and offered the cake again. We declined again. It was such a sweet offer but we know mistakes happen. We got home and he STILL gave us a piece of cake. We were so shocked. They treated us with respect from start to finish and went above and beyond to make us even more happy. I hate to say this, but I got VERY ill eating from here. I ordered a reuben and fried mushrooms. The reuben tasted like burgers and steaks because the grill wasn't properly cleaned. The mushrooms were so dark, they were almost see-through because the oil was dirty. I hate to say this as I always give positive reviews on local restaurants, but I think this needed to be addressed. I worked in restaurants for years and I know the difference. The restaurant smelled dirty and stale as well. The man behind the counter was super nice. He cooked the food as well and the food came out fast. Edit: The ranch for the mushrooms and the thousand island on the reuben were questionable.
