Plaza Tapatia — Restaurant in Fruitland

Usually, I love this restaurant to the 5 Star level and will continue to patronize it, BUT... I hope they go back to whatever supplier they had for scallops in the Fajita? "Del Mar" dish. I've ordered it 5 times now. The last two times the scallops were not just rubbery, but fishy tasting. Before they were tender, sweetish, buttery white seafood. This plaza on the south side is always hit or miss and I always end up giving them another try. But now I will never be coming back to this one because I ordered to orders of nachos and they but very very little cheese. Who the hell wants nachos without cheese on them. Food was hot and delicious. The service on the other hand was pretty awful. There are 2 people serving and both of them have spent the entirety of my lunch staring at their phones.
