Let's clear things up for this Del Taco. This is the top rated Orange County location! I have been to many Del Taco locations throughout LA and Orange County and this is #1 in all aspects.

I have never had a bad experience with this location in any way for the last 2 years since I discovered this location. I feel this is THE GEM of Del Tacos! I wish I knew much earlier. I've been missing out on this secret spot! This is the place to go because their service is fantastic always smile and greet. Clean inside and out. Organized and well kept. They never skimp on their preparation. Food is made fresh, tastes fresh, and flavors cannot disappoint you. If they do, they would hear from me. It's the kind of freshness when you take a bite of a crunchy taco and you hear that crispy crunch sound. It is lovely and you definitely cannot have just one! You might even make a U-turn to get more if you take a bite of a crunchy taco in your car on your way out of their parking lot.

Wish people would give them more credit they absolutely deserve. I find it hard to imagine this but for those who do have bad experience(s), you need to let them know and not just go home, be mad, and gripe online. Please take their surveys and share how they screwed up on your visit. Del Taco company really do listen to customers when they express feedback. That's the only way they know to do better. I know...I have submitted feedback for all the bad visits elsewhere I've been to and there are more than 2 handfuls of those!

They appreciate you choosing to come to their store over other locations especially when there are a couple stores just mere miles away. I go out of my way to come to this location because it is truly THE BEST of them all and satisfaction is guaranteed. It is the golden example of what all other locations should mirror and I always say this in surveys for other stores. People need to know how great they are. There is a reason they are always busy each time you visit and especially on taco specials day, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I don’t like to write complaints but this time service was awful, where to start food was cold turned around as soon as I notice my food was cold not even warm this time cold like ice when I gave it back to cashier didn’t need to say more he quickly responded yeah it’s cold let me get you new items , but my surprise was when the female cook responded they were fresh just made them wow , I said why you are lying the cashier felt my order and with out me saying anything he requested to redo it , when I got the order again it was missing items I told the cashier how many items I gave you back he responded two then I said first order was cool now I have items missing while have to wait more time and the rest of my order was in my car getting cold since it’s was very early under 50 degrees outside temperature .the cook continue to arguing saying she just cooked my order and that should be fresh made I got so upset that I told the cashier to cancel my whole order he yelled at me and said to me you need to bring the food in order for me to refund your money back I said yes I’m not trying to eat for free or anything but since you never gave my receipt go get my receipt and start doing the refund while I’ll get the rest of the order ,My husband brought the rest of the food in seconds but the cashier continued mad telling me what to do in order for me to get the refund he never apologized he only said we are having issues with the items you ordered we have nothing to do that food was cold for some reason those items never get done right isn’t our problem . But bring the rest the oder now the food and I refund you because isn’t our fault is the company issues .at the end another lady whom seeing prepping she was nice and apologized for the other two employees who were very rude to me and my husband....

The first thing that stood out about Del Taco was the variety of options available on their menu. From classic tacos to unique creations such as their "Taco Bravo" (a taco stuffed with beans, cheese sauce, and seasoned beef), there is something for everyone at this restaurant chain! Additionally, they offer vegetarian items like veggie burritos or bean & cheese nachos, which can be customized with your favorite toppings, including guacamole or sour cream.

In terms of taste and quality of ingredients used in each dish - these were both excellent! The beef used in my taco bravo was tender yet flavorful, while the tortilla shells were fresh-tasting without being greasy or soggy from too much oil/butter being added during the cooking process (which often happens at other fast food restaurants). Furthermore, all sauces/salsas are made daily using only natural ingredients – no preservatives here! In addition to great tasting food, the service provided by staff members throughout my visit was friendly & accommodating, ensuring our orders arrived quickly after ordering them online via the mobile app – perfect when you're short on time but still want delicious meal options from Del Taco!
