if i could leave 0 stars i would. My 2 breakfast platters were missing, i upgraded my coffees to 2 bobas and i got no drinks for my breakfast combo! And the sodas for my burger combos were both halfway?! I mean cmon! I'm very upset, i'm a nurse and came late at night to buy food and came home very disappointed. Do these sodas look full? Also as i opened my burger noticed it's not the #10 it's a double bacon smashed? not what i ordered at all. My absolute complete order was so disappointedly WRONG. Not one item but almost the ENTIRE ORDER? to the manager here, is it possible to have my order completely remade as this was a inconvenience to me and my family. let me elaborate as i'm infuriated and have the time. As i was ordering my order at the drive through, i told the guy taking my order that my bobas were missing from the screen and he proceeded to give me attitude and said just come to the window? I repeatedly said i wanted 2 bobas instead of the coffees and yet didn't even get bobas or a drink that COMES WITH A COMBO. I ordered a small curly fry and he didn't even get that down either!! Read moreYesterday, 9/29/2022 at 8:30:31AM, I witnessed my first wild Karen encounter as I was pulling up to the window to receive my food that I kindly asked for. The lady was white(typical), around 50 years old and not pulling it off very well(also typical), and she was yelling threats as well as insults at a young, female cashier. From what I caught, the older hag was calling the young cashier a “bitch” and to meet her outside “to fight her.” The older woman, of course, demanded a manager(really a spot-on Karen), and drove off in a huff after complaining to said manager that the cashier “wasn’t respectful enough.” It was truly YouTube material, but the whole encounter ended in about 3 minutes after I pulled up behind her. Finally, when it was my turn, I drove up and apologized to the employee that was handling the register as the female cashier was calming down as she was shaking. The male employee(David) asked if I saw what happened, and I replied that I caught the end of it and that I’d wished I recorded it. As such, I’m writing this review to recognize the patience of the employees working there yesterday morning. I've been a regular customer, often stopping by after work in the evenings. However, EVERY time I have the same issue. Being asked to park. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich, that’s it. I was once again asked to park and wait, even though there were no cars in front of or behind me in the drive-through line.
I saw the workers handing out food to three cars before I received mine. I noticed other customers ENTERING the drive-thru, parking, receiving their orders and then LEAVING before I got mine. It seems that they're parking EVERY car.
While I can understand the need for parking very big orders, it's crazy to be asked to park for a single chicken sandwich. The point of a drive-through service is to provide a convenient service.
