So, we use to come here like twice a month about 10 yrs ago (2000-2012 ish) The service was always awful, but the food was great. The place had some character and an awesome fish tank.

We came most recently about 2 years ago and before that 4 yrs ago. I promise, I have a point.

The time we had visited 4 yrs ago (2015 ish), the place was 100% the same. Great visit.

Two years ago it seemed like it had new owners or they were trying something new. They put up these weird tree murals. The food was the same and the service was actually better.

Fast forward to today. The place now lacks character and is modern boring. The positive thing is that the food is still awesome (but they only serve what was the former dinner menu...9.99 a head to start). Also, no more cute little tea pots of tea for .50 , but now you get a cup of tea with a bag for 1.50 (wont be ordering that again...the tea was not great like it was). I also missed the fish tank.

However, the food has stayed the same (which is #1 what you want from a place. The service is normal and not bad like...

First time I've been to this kind of restaurant when you first see it in a little shopping area it doesn't look as good but when you go inside it's much nicer atmosphere for sure! The owner were very nice and very kind very helpful The reason why I gave the food of four star was because even though it looked great it tastes great and it's awesome that you can pick what you want to eat that they cook up for you for some reason I didn't feel well after eating it like maybe an hour or two afterwards so I don't know if it was a food or what but something got to me when I ate there but before I got sick it was really good could be just my stomach but anyways you might want to give it a shot if you have a strong stomach everything looks clean there so I don't know why I had issues there but nevertheless it's worth giving it a shot If I do try it again I possibly won't have the shrimp maybe that could have been it but again the place look nice people were really friendly and good If it wasn't for the food I would be five...

Noodles here are tasty and cooked to order in a Zen environment. How does all this happen in Fullerton? Arrive, grab a bowl, fill with meat/or not, load in some veggies and at the end comes the spice it up options. Next come to the counter and present your mini pyramid of moving noodles to the wonderful Chef (s).

Embellish your noodle creation with egg, shrimp or tofu for only a dollar extra. Watch closely as "Sous" Chef cooks your noodles. When your meal is ready its served on a plate. Service is done with smiles and attentive---tips average here 20% plus.

Note pocket bread is hand-made on site and delicious. Be creative and stuff it ---pocket bread---with noodles, vegetables or eat it plain. I have been patronizing this business for the last ten years (before I knew a sentence needed a subject, verb and object). Superb value and non-pedestrian with buy a single bowl or all you can eat bowl. Do dine here if noodles are your friends. Mad Wolf has reasonable prices, excellent cuisine for fresh in-town...

♨️•MONGOLIAN•BBQ•♨️♨️ When was the last time you had Mongolian BBQ? For me, it’s years. And I’m so glad to have mine at Mad Wolf BBQ!! • 🐺 Located in Fullerton, Max Wolf BBQ is a family-owned restaurant that serves authentic Mongolian home-style food. You get to mix your bowl with whatever you want and they’ll cook it right there for you. You can even choose one of their 8 signature dishes such as Curry Style 🍛 and 🏝 Hawaiian Style BBQ (my favorite). The sauce is delicious. Everything was super tasty & fresh 🌟. If you’re in the Fullerton area and looking for some Mongolian BBQ, come check out this hidden gem & give them some love ❤️. • 🐺 Mad Wolf BBQ recently launched a 7&UP Program to continue to serve customers who are struggling financially. Check out their page for more info 🌟🌟. ________________________________ What we recommend: ♨️ Mix Your Own Bowl options ♨️ Signature Dishes (8 choices)

This was my first time going to this location but not my first time eating at a Mongolian style BBQ place. All the combinations I took were delicious and I wish I had room for more. The meat options they have are chicken, pork, and beef. They have a variety of vegetables and the last station is six different sauces. The wait time for the food to cook was relatively low so that was a plus. Besides the food, my favorite aspect was the low price they charge. A buffet of this quality under 13 a person is an excellent deal. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
