Sorry ALDI but here I'm after 8 months to take back all the starts I gave to you .While I have found you as a successful grocery store unfortunately you still need to work hard on staffs' attitude to give them a chance to know how to deal with customers. last Thursday I forgot my wallet then asked your so called manger ( Brandon) to keep my cart next to cashier counter for 15 min to return and pay off. He said OK ( reluctantly based on his intonation) with out looking at me when he had the dialogue. I had to drive fast for 10 miles and with surprise when I came back to the store the cart was not there . Another staff called for Brandon and he claimed that you said 10min and when I persist it was 15 min he reply what ever 10 or 15 , It's over 15 and I put everything back . I'm mostly precise about time and just to remove any misunderstanding asked him can you recall the time when I left ?!! ( Just to see he is sure I was late over 15min ) and he didn't have any answer except saying sorry in a cold unfriendly manner just and just to finish the conversation. I still remember some of the nice and helpful staffs there then it is really hard for me to accept this rude behavior . He simply just did not care ,not at the moment I left , neither at the time I return . ALDI if it is not your policy to be flexible to keep the cart waiting for the customer to return, I can completely understand it , and would come back tomorrow or the day after tomorrow for shopping . If even when I came back Brandon was behaving professional and nicely rather than arguing in an arrogant manner, I would definitely be over it but he did not . ALDI not sure he is really the manager of the store or not , but if he is then you may need to consider working hard with him to have good understanding about standard approach to customers. Last message for so called manager Mr. Brandon ( he refused to share his last name ) , there was something in that cart which belonged to me and you took it without permission and didn't return it.Yes , I'm talking about the quarter coin to release the cart. That coin still belongs to me and if you have any respect for the business you are at I ask you to send it back...
Read moreThis is a Fantastic store with Great prices, Great value and in my opinion much better, healthier food options. Read your ingredients people and be aware of exactly what you're eating and what's going in your families bodies. Cancer and Obesity is at an all time high and it's a proven Fact that Food, what you eat, is the biggest reason for it. Unfortunately, most u.s. processed foods are super bad and have little to no actual checks on quality of ingredients. A lot of the food products at Aldi are from Canada and Canadian processed foods are typically much better quality and Canadian government actually checks on the ingredients of the food companies. That being said, Aldi prices are Fantastic in comparison, especially when matching to similar, high quality ingredients...
