Good morning! Just came to this place with my Baby and we are disgusted with the results. Been coming here a while back and it was ok. But now I tried to give it another chance because I wanted something more healthy for my Son and I but to my surprise Worst mistake ever and all for $21. I found hairs in my Açaí bowl not just one but as I kept going in I found more and more. Sick & extremely unsanitary. On top of that I asked for root to stem with Lemon but they used artificial Lemon. How do I know this well because it’s not that difficult to taste the difference of Lemons. Yes I will write my review on this because I want others to know the truth of what to expect coming to these food chains. Great or horrible! I would put ZERO stars here. All the Employees are also very angry like they hate being there which is sad and explains a lot. I love to tip but no need for tipping when they will do a poor job and just slap on fake artificial recipes with hairs on there when it says FRESH on there name. I know from experience that in any food business one must look alive, awake and ready to go with a smile even if your having a bad day if you want to succeed otherwise it all goes to the dump. This is by far the worst Juice establishment ever they should rename there selfs to Robot FAKE juice with pubic hairs. The owner of this place is to Blame for everything that’s going on here on top of HIRING Ditzy people who don’t even want to be there. Read moreI was at best buy, which is in the same parking lot as Robeks Juice and I had never been here before and decided a smoothie sounded really good so I thought I would try this place and since the "OPEN" sign was on and the door was unlocked, lights on, etc. I went in to order a smoothie and the girl that was working was extremely rude and then says "We're closed" and since I had never been before, I obviously didn't know their hours and I asked what time they closed and she said 9 and it was 9 on the dot. I was in retail for 13 years and understand that people want to go home after work, but I NEVER once turned a customer away when it was closing time and especially if it was so close to not being closed. But customer service was always a 100% top priority for me, and always making sure my customers were happy, which apparently no one else really has anymore or even cares about. I guess making one smoothie was going to be to much work for her. Oh, well. I guess I won't be trying this place after all. What a bummer, especially because I am one of those loyal customers (and creature of habit) that when I like a place, I will go minimum once a day and will spend a lot of money...
Read moreI come here at least 5 times a week before work and order the exact sameting every time. I ordered the large size Nuts about protein as usual and it was the only thing I had to eat (I drink half for breakfast and half for lunch) around 4:30 pm i started feeling very nauseous. I literally threw up every hour on the hour all night long. I've only had food poisoning one other time then this, and this one was way worse. I'm extremely upset that this happened to me and that their isn't some protocol to make sure they have proper dates for when their food goes bad. I was an extremely loyal customer and now I'm traumatized to ever purchase anything from this place again. Mind you, I'm usually spending 13-16 bucks on these smoothies, I would expect the best quality for that price. I'm not one to complain or make alot of bad reviews but when it come to food poisoning I need to share this so no one else gets sick and for Robeks to hopefully have a better strategy to follow the health department rules and...
