I have heard people complain about this location over the past several months and have defended them. That won't happen again. At one time this was a good store with good service and food. Went through the drive thru around 7ish. Ordered a small chili with cheese and sour cream, and a sour cream and chives potato. I was met with "I don't think I have a potato, hold on." Shortly after she came back and said to drive up. Yay, they have my potato. I usually try to be personable and told her I was really glad they had a potato because that was what I really came for. I usually try to make small talk and make someone smile, but she was having no part of it. She was not at all friendly and it actually felt rather awkward. At any rate, I paid for my food and went on my happy way, only to be disappointed when I got home and settling in for my much-anticipated chili and potato. First, I open the chili, no cheese and no sour cream. Then I open the potato. There are a few chives on the potato, but as I rustle in the bag for the sour cream, there is none. BOTH items were wrong. Call the store, not looking for anything except to be heard. No answer, several times. OK, let's call corporate. Nope, no one in customer service in the evening. So, I will still likely call corporate tomorrow, but what I will not do is return to this store after all of the things I have heard as of late and then to experience rudeness along with an incorrect order..I mean, I can understand and tolerate the occasional mistake, but when rudeness accompanies the mistake, that is where I draw the line. Listen, I'm not dumb, I learned not to come here a long while ago. But, occasionally my daughter or I want a frosty and fries, so I find myself giving it another go. Something may have changed by now, right?
Afraid not. I don't know if over the last 6 years management has been telling employees to deliberately short window customers or what, but I'm honestly sick of being made to feel petty over a single nugget, but I can't stand for this any more.
On top of that, my daughter is a vegetarian. I have been told I have to order the kids cheeseburger combo without meat to get her a grilled cheese. They "can't" (read: "won't") substitute the hamburger patty from the hamburger kid's meal for a piece of cheese, and the cheeseburger combo is more expensive. I'm paying more for less! That's absolutely ridiculous! This isn't an issue at McDonald's, and they actually charge less if you don't want a patty!
Finally, I'm almost always told my order is done being filled when they have neglected something. Just this last trip I had to remind them of my frosty. Before that, it was a small fry that I had ordered a la carte. I can see how one small fry could get neglected in a large order, but something is missing every time.
Will I find myself here again someday? Sure. But you best believe I'm going to hold up the line while I count my nuggets and make sure my items are all there. Get your act together, guys! I never have these problems at the...

I haven given this location so many chances. I'd rather drive out my way to Cary just to have Wendy's. What is it about management at this location that can't get it together...

Since this Covid viruse I've been to this location maybe 3 times and the employees who prepare your food don't wear mask but the employees at the window who just take your card wear a mask. Not sure how that makes any sense but it would be better if they all decided to either wear a mask or just close...
I ordered the full Pecan Salad with chicken, drove up to pay hoping things would be different and I look in the window and the staff is standing around talking OVER the food with no mask on. I asked the young lady at the register for a refund and she went to get the manager. She came to the window with an attitude as if I did something wrong. She gave me my refund but has definitely irritated me enough to just not go here. I know they won't care but you don't want your customers to possibly get sick when they are just trying to get a quick meal...
