The new employee is not making the snoballs correctly, its a total mess and more juice than ice. The ice is not shaped as it use to be! I was really shocked because of how the ice was all over the place and falling before I got to my vehicle. It use to be ice to the last bite but now it's two or three scopes of ice and then you have to drink the rest. PLEASE TRAIN THIS YOUNG LADY OR REMOVE HER TO...

They do not keep standard pelicans hours and often times the mix is not right, will charge for sour but not spray it on, etc. Drive to Spartanburg or Gastonia. This one repeatedly disappoints. Even threw a snowball scoop at my kid (to be funny, it hit the window not my kid). He gave a pelican buck when he realize I was not happy about it. Just.....not good experience with this place, and I have gone...

The frozen treat was good as always. The picnic table was sticky, with no umbrellas put out yet. They had just opened, but if I worked there, every customer would have an umbrella at their table! Over all, we had a good time, but with prices like that, ($25 for a family of four) I would like to enjoy my icey treat...
