I order from this location on an almost weekly basis- typically Saturday nights for college football. 4 of my last 5 orders, I have had to personally drive back to the store because my pizza has been made incorrectly. I usually deal with Bill (Saturday night manager) who does his best to apologize and try to resolve the issue. However, today my pizza was made incorrectly AGAIN and I've just had enough.
I order from this Domino's because it is the closest pizza place, and I like to support businesses in my neighborhood-- I will not be a customer at this location moving forward.
My order is simple, with LIGHT CHEESE being a staple as my girlfriend cannot have much cheese due to health reasons. Upon looking at the ticket from Domino's, LIGHT CHEESE is the first thing listed on my order. It is beyond me how time and time again this gets missed and the pizza comes oozing with cheese. When a selection of light cheese is made, it should be an easy request to fulfill.
I also pay for extra meat (chicken, ham, etc) when selected, and the meat portion is always regular portions (confirmed by Bill on 2 of the pizza's I had to take back). Why give me the option for extra meat, charge me for it, and only give me regular portions? Answer: Because reading and fulfilling order requests is apparently difficult-- Lazy.
Secondly, I order the pizza square cut. Multiple times the pizza has been originally cut in PIE CUT and THEN cut into square cut. Why is this a problem? Because it mutilates the pizza and you now have tiny little pieces of pizza falling apart all over the place-- it's a mess. Looking at the Domino's ticket, the square cut is in BOLD lettering with multiple asterisks denoting the request. Again, how does this get missed time and time again?
The only positive experience over the last 5-7 deliveries has been the delivery driver. They are friendly, punctual, polite, and timely in their delivery. However, it completely defeats the purpose of me PAYING for delivery, just for me to have to drive to the store to get my order corrected. This is absurd to me.
This location needs to get their act together, because reading orders and fulfilling the order is not a difficult task-- though they sure make it seem like it.
Fortunately for me, Papa John's and Five Star Pizza also deliver to my address now- so I will be taking my business outside of my neighborhood and to the...
Read moreHere's a story bout dominos that will touch your heart,"YEP, I said heart". Once upon a time dominos was dominos pizza and all they sold was pizza and wings. Once upon a time there was an elderly windowed man,"My Dad, who I care for Tuesday-Thursday". On many nights, especially the nights on the weekend when I wasn't with him he would order out using door step delivery. Eventually, I grew upset at my Dad for a number of reasons for using door step delivery: One, the food always came cold (but he never complained and still tipped); The food took nearly two hours to arrive but he would always defend them and deny the it took 2 hours cause they were his phone friends when he felt lonely outside of me; Three, it was expensive regardless what he ordered or from which restaurant cause he discovered after exmining his checking account it was coming to a lot he couldn't justify or believe he was spending so he started requesting a receit so he could monitor where his dollars were going. However, this was challenging cause the only receit was the driver's which he needed Dad to sign cause it was a debit card payment. Finally, Dad got s hold of his receit cause the driver forgotten it and he notice he was paying for a bunch of fees/charges he wasn't aware of above door step's stated delivery fee...e.g. there is an extra delivery charge for restaurants distant from delivered house base on a rate for every mile above 3 miles, and tax on that, and a given gratuity that Dad wasn't aware of thing which he tipped on top of. Then, he discovered dominos, not dominos pizza but domino and boy he was excited and pleased all the way around from the fast service, tasty meals (chix alfredo), to food delivered HOT at a fair price with no...
Read moreOne of your employees is awful and needs to be fired ASAP. It's 6:14 pm on Monday 03/18/19, in case a manager would like to speak to whoever is on shift right now. So I called. Waited for a good few minutes on hold. The woman on the phone said the usual "Hi, this is Dominos." As soon as I said, "Hi, I'd like to order for delivery" she hung up on me. The call didn't drop, she hung up. Who the hell is working for you guys? She needs to be fired. Guess she wasn't in the mood to help set up a delivery. Very unprofessional.
*EDIT: After reading some other reviews, I saw that another person here said that a young woman hung up on them twice, and a THIRD user says she was very rude to them and put up an argument when they tried to order for delivery. Sounds like the same girl. You now have a handful of people making complaints about her online. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. This is no way to treat paying customers. You guys are losing business because of this girl. Sounds like you guys didn't do anything about her the first few times people complained, but if you really don't care about your customers that much, at least take into account that she is preventing your store from making money when she turns customers away like this.I'm never ordering from this...
