Went in and was sat down promptly, we waited around 6 or 7 mins till someone took our drinks then about 3 or 4 mins for chips a salsa, not really bad honestly. After getting the food (we came at lunch and got a menu with 3 items on it, I'm sure you had to ask for a bigger menu but it should have been provided without asking, but it was alright and didn't bother us) Ordered food and asked for a soft taco instead of the hard shell taco. After about 15 mins (maybe a bit longer, but again wasn't much of a big deal) we got our food and requested more chips at that time, my beans said it was refried beans, these were not, they were whole pinto beans kinda of mashed up, tasted nothing like refried beans (I get these at every hispanic restaurant because they are usually my favorite), I ate them but they weren't good at all. My taco came as a hard shell taco so I had to remind the waiter that it was suppose to be soft, the chips never came out, my drink ran out and instead of waving for more (I instead moved the drink closer to the end of the table so the waitress could see) I did without till the end of our meal (my drink ran out almost before she came with our food, was less than half full) I got tea after our meal was complete. I gave wait times because there was I believe a total of about 6 people there, not alot really, so the wait time was a bit longer than say a very busy restaurant. AFTER ARRIVING AT A DIFFERENT LOCAL RESTAURANT ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE A 45 MINUTE WAIT FOR THE TABLE WE RESERVED, WE DROVE A MILE DOWN THE ROAD TO EL TEPACHE - AND A WONDERFUL SURPRISE!

THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE, THE SERVICE WAS LIGHTNING FAST, AND THE FOOD WAS WELL PREPARED AND TASTY.

MY WIFE AND I TRY TO AVOID CHAIN RESTAURANTS, PREFERRING TO SUPPORT SMALL, LOCAL BUSINESSES AND THIS IS A FINE EXAMPLE!

THE RESTAURANT IS CLEAN, NEAT, WELL ORGANIZED AND STRIVING TO PROVIDE FIRST CLASS SERVICE AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.

THE PERSONNEL ARE FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE WITHOUT BEING INTRUSIVE, AND MAKE FOR A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
