I am going to start off by saying American Deli is my favorite place to get wings. I had a really bad experience at this location. Food was good other than I did not get what I paid for. I did an online order for my family and was shorted 5 wings per person. That totaled 20 wings that I did not get and I paid for. It was not a big deal because everyone makes mistakes .. what is a big deal is the manager is not giving us a refund for the wings we did not receive, no store credit, NOTHING. He basically said we were lying because he said “I was in the restaurant all last week so there is no way this happened”. Bad...
