This is the very first time I have been treated like something less from this company. The lady behind the counter 1. Doesn't listen even after asking a question. 2. Lost out on business because I was going to get a couple of cakes for myself and friend but since she was a little rude I decided not to spend my money here. Now the 2nd lady that came out was so sweet but because of that first interaction I just wanted to get out. Really wish I could give more than 5 stars! I love the employee that is there every time I go in! The manager there is super kind. I personally love all the decorations in the shop, the layout and display of all the cakes and flavors. It is worth every penny. I also got the surprise ball that unravels with different treats and toys. It was really cool. I went there for my 26th birthday and got the mini/personal confetti cake. Unbelievable awful customer service. They got my order wrong from what I ordered in person just the day before, and when I told the girl she said that they didn't get it wrong. Even after I showed the man a picture of the specific cake I wanted when placing the order. Then as I'm leaving yells out "we can change it if you really want to. I guess.."
