Ordered a delivery tonight with five items. Only four of my items showed up. They were left outside on the front stoop of my apartment building. No contact was made nor did they try to call me, knock on the door or anything. Last I knew it was Papa John’s policy to not leave an order that they should always contact someone. I called the store immediately upon realizing that I was missing an item spoke to someone, he puts me on hold, lets me know that my missing item is gonna be sent out and while I was on hold, I was unboxing the rest of the items and realized that my papa bowl was made incorrectly. He puts me on hold. Comes back to tell me that my papa bowl didn’t show up on their side that I wanted Canadian bacon and that’s why it was incorrect. Mind you I’m looking at the box with the label that says how it should’ve been. He stated that I would now need to talk to the manager. Manager says that she personally made my papa bowl and she knows that it was correct even though what is sitting in front of me was not correct. (Photos attached) So she lets me know after essentially calling me a liar that she’s going to resend out my papa bowl “if I would like that” I said uh ya absolutely I would because I paid for it. Yet it is now two hours. My papa bowl replacement has been delivered by a gentleman who made a “nasty smell sound” as he walked in my apartment hallway (my neighbor has a dog and it’s wet out, so naturally lol) I guess not realizing that I was standing in the hallway. My original item that I was missing, which was cheese sticks have still not shown up. You will not get any more of my business and I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. We don’t eat out super often and when we do it’s most likely Papa John’s. Now I’m scrambling to feeds kids at 8pm after we waited and waited for their item (the cheese sticks) to show up! Never again! Service just keeps getting worse and worse everywhere!
Update: got a call at 9pm, 45 mins or so after posting this review from manager “Tess”? & THREE HOURS after my order was placed. Transcription attached, sorta, it missed the part where she asks if I still want it delivered or if not she will add to my account that I can get a “free” cheese stick….something I ALREADY paid for but never received!
Another update: I was contacted directly by the operations manager Devin. He was very apologetic and has refunded my purchase. Today is my Birthday and I really want pizza, so we may try again, will update later with hopefully a...

I ordered two large pizzas & an order of cheese sticks. My husband arrived at 5:35 to pickup our order. When he got there the employee was standing at the counter, there were several other customers in the store & the phone was ringing & ringing. My husband gave the name for the order & the woman told him it wasn’t ready. He asked about how long before it would be ready. She told him that the order had not even been started. My husband said “we ordered online 6 1/2 hours ago & it hasn’t been started. Why do you have the order ahead if you’re not going to have it ready” The woman got really rude with him & said she was the only one there. He asked if she was the only one there all day. She then told him “Im just going to cancel your order that way I don’t have to bother making it”. He told her no that he wanted our order & that it had already been paid for. She said “to bad, I just canceled it” My husband called me & I have tried calling up there several times but the phone just rings & rings. This is not the first time the employees have been extremely rude at this location but no where close to this employee. Read moreAfter many failed attempts of getting our pizza delivered in under 1 and a half hours we decided to do pick up. It takes 25 minutes to get to the store. So 50 minutes round trip. My wife ordered our pizza online and I set out the go pick it up. When arrived I asked if our pizza was ready, the clerk said yes one minute. She went and searched for our pizza and couldn't find it. She went to another worker and chatted with him. He starts making a pizza. The clerk said just a minute. So I sat down and waited 10 minutes. Finally I asked if my pizza is done only to be informed that it was in the oven. So that's the first lie, it actually was confirmed being done 15 minutes before. I asked to speak to a manger, insert Kayla Pruitt, she informed me my order wasn't ready but would be soon. That's the second lie, it actually was taken by a delivery drive out on a run, they no longer deliver to my house so I don't know where they where taking it to.
