First and foremost, I understand a 1 star is bad, and I'll give my reasoning.
I completely understand the worker shortage right now, and respect that people need breaks and lunch times. I wholly support that and don't generally get bothered by that.
Unfortunately, when they have a sign on the payment station that says "on break" with no estimated return time is unacceptable. I have been in some form of customer service and management for the past 16 years, and my staff would know to properly inform customers to prevent issues.
Instead, this time, the employee walks up, rather short says, "I'm on break....also I'm on lunch" I can understand, but why is this happening right at lunch time and there is a line of people. 5 minutes is not the answer to give and just turn your back. You lost our $12 and possibly more for the lack of always communicating.
$12 doesn't seem like much, but based on the recent trend with your reviews there needs to be some guidance and training opportunities here to better prepare your staff. That or have the manager work the location.
This is not up to any form of customer service standards. I will unfortunately not visit this location anymore.
There are other locations that understand what the job entails. I'll be glad to support...
Read moreI have never met a more rude employeee at this starbucks until i encountered ashley. I asked for vanilla powder which ive asked for the past 4 days i have came here and they have been out all 4 days so they said well i can give you something to substituted which is vanilla bean powder. I appreciated that and thank them until today when Ashley said she would have to charge me per scoop which I had not been charged for before because they had been out, she had continue to argue back and forth when I asked to speak with a manager she said she would go into the back and see if they have vanilla powder which they did not and she secretly went over and found a manager instead of bringing him over which is what I asked. I do not want to get off work after 10 hours and go to starbucks/kroger just to have an argument with a rude employee over my $5 coffee. I hope kroger is completely satisfied with losing mine and my family's business if I shop at Kroger again it will be on Thompson Bridge where I've never had...
Read moreWould not order mobile here. We got someone to pick up our order and one of them was a strawberry drink instead of shaken expresso. Went back to the store which was already inconvenient assuming I could just pick up the drink. The lady at the counter Kami told there was a glitch in the system so they could not make the correct drink because they did not have proof we ordered it even though Im showing her the order that was placed. I was told to call customer service so I could get a refund and go re pick up the coffee. It sure if this is the usual policy but I does not make sense. Something that could have been easily fixed led to be highly inconvenienced...
