I placed an order a couple months ago for a delivery. It was around 11pm and the order was out for delivery. The supervisor called and told me they left half of my order so I will get a discount for on my next order. The driver called to state he was on his way and asked the building number to my apartment number. I gave it to him. I waited for over 1am, still no order. I called the driver and texted him, no answer. I called the store the next day to tell what happened. Juliette the Supervisor got on the phone and said very rudely the driver waited outside the door, he heard voices and no one answered the door. I told her I didnât call to have an argument I just wanted to bring to her attention the treatment. She said your card was refunded so what you want. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I went to the store, she was in the store and refused to come out to speak to me. I called to speak with the District Manager, left a message and no response. I called twice, still no response. I received an email saying I did not receive my coupons. I told them I donât want any coupons. I received a call from someone in customer service, called twice and still no answer.    Read moreI usually never have a problem from this pizza hut..on the contrary we have absolutely loved ordering here with no problems until 7/18/17. When Quanisha made an error on my pizza and when I asked to speak to the manager she gave the phone to Juliette who immediately went in on me about making it quite clear what I want on my pizza. I explained that when going over the BBQ pizza options Quanisha mentioned that there was one with bacon, at that point I said no I just want chicken. Then Juliette begins to cut me off in mid explanation saying "What do you want, store credit or another pizza". And the I began to tell her that her tone is aggressive and she then says " I' m not yelling". That's funny because I never said she was yelling. I don't know if it was just a bad night for them but now the wrong pizza and nasty attitude displayed by Juliette have left me wondering if the store credit is something I even want to be bothered with. At this Pizza Hut the customer is not right and you get "Yelled" if you bother to call about your incorrect order. Pizza Hut Lover's Beware! I tried to place the same order but they told me that coupon didn't apply, even though it applied over the phone and has other times I've used it. I had to find it on there app and even though it didn't say online only I still had to reorder in there lobby online. As l waited for my pizzas the "manager" never apologized for the mix up or even acknowledged me but rather spent her down time talking to someone about their hair n how she had to cut hers off due to bad energy.
