I hate writing negative reviews, even when warranted. This time I feel like I have to. Hopefully the owners will address glaring problems with this store. We like planet smoothie as a rule and this store is just completely unsatisfactory This place is disgusting. It's small but every inch of it looks dirty. The front of the counter was empty, what should be in there I don't know but there are stainless steel cubby holes in front of the glass counter and they are all empty and the stainless steel is filthy. Behind the counter filthy. On the shelves filthy. The floor filthy. This location is adjacent to a Moe's Southwest grill and shares a common dining area. The Moe's was filthy. The floor was dirty the bathrooms were disgusting. The young man at the counter was very nice. I will say that. As it turned out he was out of the protein for my daughter's smoothie so I canceled my order and I was grateful to be able to do that with an apparent cause because I really didn't want to eat anything from that store after I got a closer look at where it was being prepared. It was so appalling I could not even believe it because it's in a very nice part of town and a very fine looking store front and shopping plaza. I know these are strong opinions. Read moreI’m in town for a week and second time I went here. I was praying the same young woman who helped me the first time wouldn’t be there. Like a couple of the other reviews I read, there was no one there when I went in. I looked to the right and saw the same young woman in the restaurant next door playing with her phone. I asked her if she worked in the smoothie shop and she got up and made my drink, which tasted fine. On both occasions there was no please, thank you, smile or eye contact. In fact, I was treated as if helping me was an imposition and done grudgingly. Also, this time she charged me $5 something for my drink, whereas a few days ago she charged me $7 something for the same drink. This was at 3:00pm today, Thursday January 13, 2022. She is one of the worst representatives of a business I’ve ever come across and should be terminated, as she has no interest in treating customers with politeness or even civility.
