The person at the front was so rude, I didn't even get a chance to try the food. I made a mobile order through their website and arrived at the restaurant to find the order hadn't gone through. Which was fine, we were happy to sort it out however we needed to. The girl at the register was extremely rude and dismissive about it. She simply said they had no online orders. We had to ask her multiple times how we move forward since payment was already taken. We attempted to show her our receipt so we could try to figure out what might have happened, and she barely looked at it, continuing to make no effort. I saw all the marketing on instagram and was so excited. It’s fair to say expectations were exceeded! The place was very cute, well designed, and clean. I had ordered a half hot dog and half mozzarella corn dog with a drink. I was surprised to see that my hot dog was fully mozzarella; I believe it gotten mixed up with my friends order. No worries though, because the female worker was able to make a new hotdog for me and profusely apologized. She was so kind and sweet! Mochiry has completely won me over with their Korean-style corn dogs! Each one is made fresh to order with the perfect balance of crispy crunch on the outside and gooey, cheesy goodness on the inside. I tried the mozzarella and potato-coated one, and it was absolutely delicious — super filling and so satisfying. The seasoning and sauces take it to another level, and you can really taste the quality. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and the vibe of the shop makes it a fun spot to grab a snack.
