Ordered two 12 inch subs online on 10-17-21 for curbside pickup. Online stated that order would be ready at 4:30pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 4:36pm. Notified via email confirmation that I was at the store, in the designated area. Waited for 30 minutes. Tried to call the restaurant and the phone would be picked up and immediately hung up. Decided to walk into the store and find out where our sandwiches were. When I walked in I asked the lady at the counter that I had been waiting for my curbside order. She had stated to talk with the guy at the end of the counter. Talked with him and he said "Oh your order has been sitting on the shelf right here", to which I stated "I ordered curbside, how am I supposed to know I have to come inside and pick it up. The receipt, emails, order number, and even the sign on the door states CURBSIDE." I then asked him " As my food has been sitting there for over 30 minutes now, it is certainly cold, and unsafe to eat or sell due to food handling health standards". I had asked for the sandwiches to be remade, to which I got nothing but attitude. The original lady I had spoken to at the counter came over and stated to him that "Oh I wouldn't remake those, its his fault". How is it the customers fault when it was ordered CURBSIDE and everything states CURBSIDE?????! While remaking the sandwiches the guy was extremally rude when I asked him to toast both of the sandwiches. To "save time and cut corners" he put both sandwiches in the toaster at once (which they were still cold when we ate them). As he was also finishing our sandwiches and wrapping them, he smashed our sandwiches down. I at that point, just grabbed our food and left.
When we got home, we took photos of the sandwiches, and the entire time I was in the Subway restaurant, I was recording everything. I still have the recording of how myself as the CUSTOMER was treated. I do not appreciate being threated this way and will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN (just look at the google reviews, I'm not the only one). The sandwiches were disgusting and ended up having to just throw it away as I wouldn't want to even give it to my dog at that point. Someone in the franchise department needs to look into this location. I have also made a complaint with...
Read moreIt's important to note that Subway's corporate HQ doesn't have a means to review it like you might its individual franchise locations. That's unfortunate because Subway's overarching business model which it frankly inflicts upon its franchises to then inflict upon customers deserves to be showcased as the private equity styled corporate juggernaut it and so many other purveyors of fast food are today.
Having said that, my experiences with this particular Subway have been adequate. Service, when the manager has not been overwhelmed for lack of sufficient staff, has been good. The food though is notorious here and at ALL locations I've tried in the area for being pared down by marching orders from on high at their corporate HQ.
Smaller and smaller though still "fresh baked" bread. Meat product now sliced on site ala Jersey Mike's but still surpassed by many a beloved, local, non-chain deli in anytown, America. Cheap toppings that at the whim of franchise owners may or may not be piled on to order parsimoniously (that means in tiny amounts, for those who are most likely in Subway's target demographic who likely also don't care about not getting their money's worth for the sake of convenience and speed).
I've written off and will never again visit this particular location for a bad customer service experience there, but rather than dump on this franchise, why not dump on Subway's business model as a whole, because that's what really led to my unfortunate experiences with this location to begin with.

Read moreSo friendly and the food is so great! Staff is beyond helpful and kind very welcoming. My family and I showed up on a rough day where we just needed something quick and cheap and they gave us a quality lunch and a pick me up. Plus a balloon and an extra cookie for my disheartened toddler who left there with a huge smile on her face feeling better and was able to finish her day in happiness thanks to their generosity and friendliness. As soon as other customers came in behind us the Sandwich artist called for help from someone in the back and they promptly came out with a smile on their face also quickly helping get through the line. Once everyone had ordered we all found ourselves sitting there chit-chatting like a small community almost as though we were all from the same neighborhood. We never intended to stay and eat our food there and neither did the other guests in line behind us but it turned into a really cool moment of kind strangers all socializing laughing and taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the busy day. I don't care if I have to drive across town or through a storm anytime I want Subway this is where I...
