Literally never coming back! We have come here for years, but this time will be our last! We ordered general tso, 1 tofu and 1 chicken. We get home and both took a bite and it tasted incredibly spoiled, one bite was all it took and we both closed them up. The sauce smelt rancid like it had been left out or old. We called back and explained the situation, and after going back and forth the cashier told us we would need to bring the food back. That’s fine, as we had only taken 1 bite each LITERALLY and the food was still full. When we got there we were completely ignored, and when she finally acknowledged us, she immediately started arguing with us, showing us other customers receipts and saying this is the first time today. I tried to explain we were not the type of people to eat food and return it, and she took out the food to find it completely full, but still continued to argue. While standing there I even witnessed unsafe food handling, open containers and a staff member kicking a bin full of food back into a fridge with his dirty shoes because the door wouldn’t close..that explains a lot. Then the cashier, Fang Yu as said on the receipt has the audacity to tell us not to “do this again”… ma’am what, we aren’t coming here again. Poor customer service is one thing, but improper food handling is another. My partner and I have both worked in the food industry and are always as kind as possible because the industry can be cruel, but WOW I have never seen a business in the food industry show immediate attitude for a proper and polite return to...
Read moreThey have the most horrible customer service skills imaginable. I have gone there for years and have noticed rude comments here and there, but ignored them because I didn't try to worry about it. They cause trouble about asking for plastic silverware when picking up a take out dish, and I was asked "aren't you going home to eat this?" Also beware if you're past the ten minutes, because I thought my husband picked up the order, and he didn't, so I was called three to four times, and text messaged three times about the order being ready, borderline harassment, which was really odd, and I went to pick up the order, all within business hours, and was verbally abused to no end about it. They put up the hugest fuss if you're coming in after 10 minutes to pick up YOUR order when driving time from a house to their restaurant can take anywhere from 15-20 minutes not to mention traffic, and they have the audacity to make you feel like the worst person in the world for paying for their food when it sits there for longer than 10 minutes. It's ridiculous, if I order and arrive while the business is still open I don't see what the problem is, but they definitely have a problem with it and don't mind giving you immense grief about it. I still paid but I won't be returning to their business given that they think its okay to treat their regular...
Read moreSO MUCH CHARM but use CAUTION!!! The one that runs the register uses communication barriers and omission of important details about the content of a new entree you would like to try to scan you out of money. I specifically asked if the order only contained shrimp and vegetables, I get the order and it’s full of chicken and pork. I asked why didn’t you tell me you put in chicken and pork. He said,”he did”, I told him,” there was no way possible because, had You said that, I would have said no because I don’t eat that”. It’s an insidious way of making you consume something unknown, taking your money and giving you hard time if you complain. Obviously, he thinks his customers are animals and should eat anything whether they want it or not! I asked him to redo the order without pork or chicken . After paying $11.39 (tip included), you would have thought he would have made the order right. His response was “it’s already cooked”. He watched me trash the meal. I asked him for a receipt, then he had the audacity to ask me for 5 more dollars to make the order right. It’s pretty obvious he assumes his customers are idiots! I told him he has a shady business scam going on here and his response was, “people come...
