The worst little Caesar’s I’ve seen in my life with the poorest quality pizza. Manager (blonde girl, no teeth, no work ethic) isn’t really a manager. Constantly smokes outside the front doors and does no work as her workers continue to be short staffed (I’m sure owner can verify via cameras they have installed). Makes sense why their employees stay there no longer than a few days before quitting. It’s like a revolving door. Constantly spews garbage to customers (“Covid is fake”, etc etc). Pizza is subpar quality & cold. Constantly pretends to be the owner of the business (Imagine feeling this entitled & thinking you’re the owner of the business or thinking you’re the owner of the property the pizza shop sits on when you’re not and have absolutely NO authority to do anything like “ban people from a property” that you don’t and NEVER will own LOL). The only thing she’s managing is draining this little Caesar’s down to the ground. Lack of customer service is evident. Ordered a pizza online last night at 9pm, paid for the pizza, was given a confirmation number, and drive 15 minutes to pick it up. Arrived at 9:30 only to be told by the two staff members working that they closed already and never made our pizza, even though the place doesn't close until 10pm. They just didn't feel like making it, so they didn't. My card was charged $10 for the pizza I never received. I called to speak to a manager today and I was put on hold for 15 minutes and finally hung up because no one ever came to the phone. Be forewarned before you drive all the way up there, you might want to call and see if the employees actually feel like working and making a pizza. The hot box with $5 ready to go pizzas was completely empty too. The female employee was leaning against the wall and never attempted to help me, another guy came out the back to tell me they already closed.
