Arrived Sunday afternoon. Had to wait an excessively long time because tables were not being cleaned by the staff. Finally I had to clear off and clean a table myself. After which I had to find a place to return the previous customers used trays because the restaurant doesnt provide a place to drop them off. They were out of multiple sauces, lemons for water, etc. We finally sat down and had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our food. 1 employee was taking orders to tables, but she didnt know how to read the tickets so each tray was taken to every table, one at a time while customers were adked if they had ordered that item. When the order came my daughter's fries were missing from her kids meal. Once we finally began to eat we saw that tables were not being properly sanitized between customers. 1 small spot on the table would be given a cursory wipe with a dirty rag and the rest of the surface left untouched. Tried this place for the first time today and could possibly be the worst chicken tender I have ever ate in my life. Let me start off by saying I got a to go order that consisted of 4 chicken tenders, cheese fries, and a sweet tea. As I bit into the first tender a string of fat pulled off that wouldn’t break, so I tossed that one to the side hoping that the others would be different. To my dismay each of them were rubbery, soggy, and flavorless. Absolutely disgusting. If it couldn’t get any worse I took a swig of my tea and it was pure salt. Don’t know what employee made the mistake of using salt over sugar but thanks for the taste of the ocean! I would have ran in and complained but I was halfway home so there was no point. Not a lot of bang for the buck here. A few cents shy of $30 for the two of us. 2 chicken sandwiches, a fry to share(big enough for two people) and 2 small drinks. The sandwiches were good, but nothing special. We got a Nashville and a buffalo ranch. Nashville sauce tasted good, but wasn’t the Nashville style I am accustomed to. Buffalo was buffalo. The time we waited for the food I expected my sandwich to be hotter. It was just warm. Fries were seasoned well and tasty, but had the staying power of most fresh cut fries. Meaning they were only crispy for a few minutes. The sauces were basic. Tasted like bottled sauces to us. The two best were the Korean BBQ and their house sauce. Staff were all extremely friendly and checked on us multiple times. We would go back, but it will probably be a long time...
