Wawa — Restaurant in Gainesville

I've never been more disgusted in my life and treated with such poor customer service from supervisor Jordan from waha she Would not honor my $10 in gas, that I just payed Literally just got in my car Saw someone I knew and completely forgot to pump my gas pulled up to the Red light realized I was still empty and immediately turned around and came back and they said my gas was already pumped which I don't believe because there was a guy in the gas station that was sitting in front of me in my spot said he didn't pump any gas, Luckily One of gainesvilles sheriff pulled in he told me it's a civil matter that I would have to Sue them for the money. Unfortunately life gets very busy for me and i drove off without pumping my gas. Lol This is not the first time that's happened to me and every time that has happened I've always gotten my money back even once I realized what I've done I called gas stations and they said sure just come back and we'll take care of you but not Jordan at WAWA, I told them I will be given her a very bad review and she said she did not care And smiled, So if you're gonna hire employees that treat your customers like this, That will be the last time I ever purchased gas from a wawa. I’ve had enough of the Wawa at this location. The environment is honestly becoming unacceptable. It’s extremely unprofessional and, quite frankly, feels unsafe at times. The managers clearly have no control or concern for the store’s atmosphere — homeless individuals are allowed to sit directly outside the doors and aggressively beg from customers. It’s also common to see them wandering the parking lot at all hours, approaching cars for money. This makes the entire experience uncomfortable from the moment you arrive.

Inside, it doesn’t get much better. The food workers are painfully slow and constantly distracted, often holding personal conversations with random customers while ignoring others waiting for their orders. The level of professionalism is nonexistent, and it shows in the presentation of the food — sloppy, rushed, and nowhere near the standard you’d expect from a brand like Wawa.

This location desperately needs new management and a serious cleanup of both staff performance and parking lot policies. Until then, I won’t...

This is a newly built store, across from McDonald's on university. Wawa is a great place to go with great products! 👍 Two features that I like about this Wawa is the ATM does not charge any fees for taking out money, they have an ATM open 24 hours a day. The other feature I like is that there are free tire pumps located at this place where you can get your tire air check and you don't have to pay any money or coins.

This Wa Was has great food, I had a 12-inch meatball sub with pepper jack ,onions, sauce and instead of lettuce I had spinach.

As far as customer service the two attendants were Josh and Bri , they had great customer service especially Bri she answered all of my questions, she was very professional, she had a great attitude and she seemed to love her job.😁So for excellent customer service go over and see Bri at the Wawa and she'll take...
