Wingstop — Restaurant in Gainesville

Waited over an hour. They keep bumping our orders because it’s a lot of people inside for a small place. Staff unable to keep up with more than one order at a time so next time if you are in a large group please pay one at a time or else they will keep bumping your order to a smaller order, 2nd they cant keep up the large order and lastly its a lot of missing orders that you need to follow up one by one which it takes us a lot of time to figure out because they aren’t even helping at all and ignoring you acting like there’s nothing wrong. Not recommended this place at all for almost $150 I spent and its not even a real main course thinking about this is a fast food but not even a fast food because waited for an hour. 1st time seeing a food place that no trash can at all ?? So people need to leave their trash at the table because they don’t know where to throw...

The food has been good the 2 times that we’ve gotten it. The problem is we ordered 20 min before arriving, and 25 min before arriving. Both times we arrived after the end of the window they said it would be done. Both times the person at the register said, “ummm give me a few minutes.” Then went to the back to tell the other workers about the order. I don’t know if they aren’t starting the orders until I arrive to pick them up, or if they’re handing my order to the wrong people. Either way, I ended up having to wait for 20-25 more minutes for the food both times. We’ll be waiting awhile before we come back to this location so hopefully they...

Wingstop yet again failed with a new location! What's the point of opening new locatios and not managing them?! The worst customer service and food quality ever. The manager, Angela, was very rude and didn't say sorry once or seemed to care at all. Sodas were all flat and syrupy. When I asked for a refund they refused. The wings were not well done as I requested multiple times. It took them another hour to make 5 wings! This location is worse than the Bristow one.
