The reason I am given 3 stars was due to my recent experience food was luke warm when I tried to ask if everything was hot server said yea but it wasn’t and the kicker was the same server Sumera K. was behind the counter and saw a friend outside and ran out to hold and rub a CAT! She came right back and started serving food did not wash her hands nor did the mgr standing right her in all black tried to stop her or say change your apron and wash your hands. This happened Friday 8/18/23. That really turned me off now I am thinking your staff don’t have to wash hands during the day or when using restrooms. The mgr in all black just started his shift when we were sitting down eating he never washed his hands he walked straight in the restaurant from outside to prep line and started as well. Read moreThis location has gone down hill. Last Wednesday I placed an order on the app for pick up at around 11:15 AM. I got a notification at 11 AM that the food was ready. This is not why I’m giving a 1 star review. When I picked up the order I noticed that a couple of drinks were missing. I pointed this out with the emailed receipt that I had but was called a liar numerous times because they pointed out that the paper receipt didn’t show the two drinks. It shouldn’t matter what your system shows on the paper receipt, if my emailed receipt shows that there are drinks missing then I want the drinks that I paid for. I LIKE THE LARGE CUP'S BUT NO LONG STRAWS FOR THE LARGE CUP'S ISNT GOOD. STRAW GOES COMPLETELY IN CUP PAST LID.
LOCATION DOESN'T EVER SELL BROWN RICE BUT STILL HAS IT ON MENU.
SEEMS TO PUSH NOT TAKING A SMALL CONTAINER FOR 3RD ITEMS.
MANAGEMENT SEEMS TO DISCUSS THINGS WITH EMPLOYEES OUT IN THE OPEN INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS. MAKES THEM SEEM UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY DISAGREE OR DISCUSS THINGS.
NOW DID SEE MANY EMPLOYEES LOOKED LOCAL PEOPLE WAS A VERY POSITIVE TO SEE SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE AND POLITE AND FRIENDLY STAFF.
