Noemi (or Naomi) was incredibly disrespectful from the moment we started ordering. She didn’t greet us, and was very short when we asked questions about the menu. At the window, she rudely snatched the money from my hand & slammed the window shut. When she gave me my change, most of the coins fell & she looked down to where the change went, and slammed the window without apologizing. When we received our food, we did not get the extra dipping sauce we ordered and were charged extra for. Half way to getting home, we noticed our order was wrong so we returned to have our order fixed & to get our dipping sauce we weren’t given. When we got there, Noemi was rude & kept asking what was wrong even after we told her the item was incorrect. She then slammed the window, came back after a few seconds & told us to pull up and our correct order would be out. At this point, I realized we were also not given any straws with our 2 drinks. We waited for our correct menu item at the front of the store for 10 whole minutes while cars came & went. We pulled back around to the window & asked her how much longer it would be, and she said she didn’t know and we had to continue waiting at the front. I told her I would not be pulling forward anymore and we would wait at the window to make sure we received our items. Once we received our correct food, it was very cold & we still didn’t have our extra sauce. When we asked for it for a third time, along with straws, she threw the sauce into the bag & forgot the straws. When I asked for the straws again, she left the window for 2 mins & came back to give me straws that were right next to the window. I placed an order on the app. I didn’t realize that the restaurant did not open until 11 am and the app told me my order would be ready at 10:40am. I arrived at the restaurant and had to wait in the parking lot. I then noticed cars going through the drive thru so I went to get my order in the drive thru. Then I noticed that the app told me I had to go inside. I then went inside where my order had already been sitting, even though they did not open the door until 11am. The ice in my tea was starting to melt and my food was moist from condensation from the box. But the worse part is, my pickles were placed in the bag on their side with the opening facing the bottom of the bag. When I tried to removed the box of fried pickles, the box opened and all my pickles were left at the bottom of the plastic bag. I then proceeded to put the pickles back in the box only to find that I didn’t get my ranch to go with them. I usually never make complaints about this store because I do understand that they are usually short staffed. However, this was, what I can only assume, the first order of their shift. Before I arrived there were no customers in the restaurant or the drive thru. There was no excuse what-so-ever for how carelessly my food was handled and I am so disappointed. It was around 7:00 p.m. Friday December 20th. When I drove up the line circled the building to the entrance on the opposite side. I thought this is going to be BAD! The drive through line was long but vehicles were moving at a steady pace. I chose to go in to place my order. They were getting slammed there too! I realized that on a Friday night it's probably the same everywhere! I noticed there was only one person at the register but only for a moment, the second person had stepped away to bag someone's order. There was several customers waiting for their food and 4 to 5 ahead of me waiting to place an order. My order was taken pretty quick! Everyone in the kitchen, at the window and at the registers worked with an urgency yet no one seemed in a PANIC. Employees were polite, food was Hot, fries salted perfectly (WOW). Even my wife's special order was as requested 👍! That along will get me back. My order was to go and I was out the door in about 15 minutes. Given the circumstances, that's IMPRESSIVE! Look out...
