McDonald's — Restaurant in Gaithersburg

This McDonald’s was an interesting venture. First, we drove through the drive thru. The man at the speaker was not very polite. Instead of asking “anything else?” During order taking, he instead said “mhm” or “sure” then after that he was silent, so we couldn’t even tell if he was still there. Luckily, we actually got our food correct. A few minutes later, while hitting into my filet-o-fish I felt something hard. A big chunk of plastic, about the size of a housefly, was in my food. Fries were good, sprite was good too. Finally, before hitting the road, we used the restroom. It was clean, which is amazing considering it is a McDonald’s.

So what are the takeaways from this?

McDonald’s, tell your employee at the drive thru to at least let people know that he’s still there, even if it’s an “mhm”.

I rarely have a problem with this McDonalds. I've gotten freshly cooked food from this location more than any other McDonald's. It's always clean. The staff is always friendly to me, and my family. Someone else also mentioned how this particular McDonalds decorates the inside of their restaurant for each holiday. They are so festive and make the place so cozy, and feel like home. For Christmas they had a Christmas tree decorated near the registers. And for other holidays they have stuff hanging up. Cool. I remember when this McDonalds was first put in this area. The store is supposed to open at 4:30 AM I drive by there to go to work four times a week are usually stop on a Tuesday or a Thursday and the lady working the window is always very polite and very attentive to the order however on the off days there’s a young male chunky fella who has no sense of gumption nor the desire to even be there so therefore instead of opening at 4:30 the menu light up at 4:30 But it may be 440 or even 445 before he takes your order have called the 800 number and complained several times and yet they still employed the sloth so therefore if I were you avoid at all cost especially if you’re on...
