This location is very reliable. Food is solid. Service is okay. The people are overall friendly. Overall decor has not changed, but the entrance/order/pickup area layout has recently changed. I sorta understand it, but I think the older layout of 2-4 checkout machines and the line(?) method works better if there could be one working checkout at each side (if a person is ordering something quick or picking up something vs one that requires service (like sandwich/ or a toasted bagel with schmear) ) then that might alleviate the confusion that a person might encounter when entering and trying to figure out which is the line vs which group of people are just waitihg for their order. The food is more fresh(?) than Panera and the bagels are okay. I would definitely recommend getting the app also for the rewards. Parking is not great as the shopping center has many other stores too. Otherwie, very safe place to eat. I only wish that they would stay open later, even if the primary food item is a bagel.
update 5/12/19: I probably had bad luck this morning, but waiting for almost half an hour for a toasted sliced bagel (I didn't even want shmear as it was an asiago cheese bagel) I couldn't take it and had to inquire. I understand that the place was busy and probably overwhelmed with orders, but a little under half an hour is HORRIBLE. (receipt said 1136, clock on one of their 3 computer screens that they look at to fill the orders on when I finally asked and told them: 1205) Maybe they need more space or more people, but it's times like these that make me very disappointed and reminds me why I have second thoughts about this place. Don't get me wrong: this place edges out panera often, but between location and hours and I think stress level of their employees, it's okay...could be worse, but could always...
Read moreGood day,
I ordered a Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich on my mobile app at approx 1:03 pm. When I arrived, I looked in the window and did not see any bags. The time was 2:01 pm so I knocked on the door. A young man of Hispanic descent with curly hair looked at me and ignored me. I kept knocking and a young lady of color came to the door. She tried to help but was unsuccessful. She told me they were out of the everything bagel and they were "waiting" for me to arrive to select an alternative bagel. UNACCEPTABLE! Why wouldn't they call me? I have eaten here maybe five times in my entire life and I live across the street.
I received a $2 off coupon so I decided to patronize today. Jasmine the manager then came to the door and asked me to step inside. She also advised the young man to go to the back. She explained the process to get a refund. I have to submit a request online which is ridiculous in my opinion.
Let me be clear, I have my Associates degree in Culinary Arts. I have managed and worked in restaurants. I am appalled at how I was spoken to by the male employee. He said I was complaining and that due to the time nothing could be done. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! They should have offered me something else instead of allowing me to leave without a sandwich.
I will be contacting Einstein Bros Bagels customer service in the morning. And, my hope is that the corporate office investigates this, and offers some consequence to the staff member who lost his composure and yelled at me. '
NEVER allow anyone to treat you in a disrespectful manner when spending your money.

Read moreI've been going here for about three years - only because it's close to my job. This place is hit or miss. The reason I say that is because, the food is fresh, yes - the food is good, yes. And I do get service with a smile at least 90% of the time. HOWEVER, OMG, I RARELY get my sandwich the way I want it. 9/10 times, they will mess up my order. Guess what my order is: Six cheese bagel, turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo - that's it. What really boils my potatoes is this: I always have to ask for the cashier to list my order as I say it. What they will do is, take a Signature sandwich and "modify it" - which always comes to the same price as the Signature sandwich no matter what you take off, and I never add anything. The Signature sandwich comes up to like almost 8 bucks. If they itemize my order, it will come to 5 bucks. I sometimes get into arguments with the cashier because he/she rings up my sandwich as a Signature sandwich and it's not a Signature sandwich. Just charge me for what I ordered, that's all I ask. And still, they mess my sandwich up 95% of the time. I'm not even exaggerating. Today, I was almost about to cry from frustration, because I explained CLEARLY to the cashier what I wanted, and the line staff STILL messed it up....
