Papa John's knocked it out the park with this order. I ordered delivery and it was quick and HOT. I was so happy with my pizza, it looked like it was made with love. I ordered on Wednesday June 18th 2024 around 10pm so whoever was chefin' it up in the kitchen tonight THANK YOU. I HOPE THAT BOTH SIDES OF YOUR PILLOW ARE ALWAYS COOL. I HOPE THAT YOU CATCH EVERY GREEN LIGHT ON THE WAY TO WORK. I HOPE THAT YOUR CRUSH LIKES YOU BACK. I HOPE THAT YOUR CUP RUNNETH OVER WITH GOOD FORTUNE AND BLESSINGS. Y'all got my order correct, perfect, and it was delicious. Now...I tried some anchovies on my pizza for the first time (I knowwww I'm on some Ninja Turtle ish) BUT it was FIRE. What did y'all do to them anchovies??? Just try it one day: get you a garlic parm stuffed cheese crust pizza, add bacon, anchovies, onion, mushroom and throw some parmesan on that thang and whewwww it was GOOD. Okay and that stuffed crust was THICC. And they got all my sauces in there all nice AND they got me the correct drink okay zero sugar and the delivery man just rolled up on time, quick, professional, kind...it literally made my night! They called me back and said that they will send the missing item and its ok for me the wait. They called again and said to call door dash to resolve the issue. she put the phone down without giving me the chance to ask my questions.
Really bad customer service and the tone of her voice and how she handled the conversation when I asked her name for my reference, I felt I was shutdown immediately. Even if she did it intentionally or not, kindness goes a long way and management should consider giving them basic training on customer service.
I think , on Papa John’s website (since I placed my order there) user interface should be able to tell us that that order was placed/delivered thru door dash and provide us the info on how to contact them if there are issues with the order and not let us go thru the long process of going thru the Papa John’ chatbot, get the store info/number to call them and just to be told to contact doordash because its not their fault my...
Read moreAfter driving home from visiting Canada, we decided to grab some pizza for dinner. I'm not a fan of Papa John's Pizza. However, it is what my wife likes. Therefore, I decided on Papa John's. I ordered two large two toppings pizza. The pizza was good.
My issue is with the loose talk occurring while the customers are waiting. Two of the employees were talking about elderly people and the challenges of dealing with them. Comments characterizing the elderly as old people that are angry. I was unhappy hearing this conversation. My wife runs an assisted living facility in the community. Listening to the disrespectful conversation was sad. They are free to have whatever opinions they desire, just take it off-line and out of the hearing of the customers.
