Bombshells Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Galena Park

Alright... so this place was nice. I'm from Katy/Cypress and the bombshells in my area isn't as nice so it was great to see real customer service, sweet girls, and good food. The location was chill and not too packed around 7pm and I enjoyed it a lot. Our server Jennifer was awesome and i genuinely loved it. I stepped outside to smoke for a bit and came back in around 8:30-9:00PM I guess when security and the DJ arrives. I was in a suit and told I needed to be searched (which didn't happen the first entry but was whatever) then was told I was not allowed to enter because I have a face tattoo. I spent a lot of money here for a first timer and still left a decent review but the thing is I work for the POLICE DEPARTMENT. And due to some rule about tattoos here was NOT allowed to come in unless I wore concealer or something to hide the way I look. I'm not gang related I'm actually a musician and have been very respectful and friendly when I was there before I stepped out for a moment so it definitely hurt me in a sweet spot when I was told I could not come in because of how I look. It's 2021. Idk what kind of gangs or people come here that caused a bad image with tattoos but this hurt me. Whoever is the one responsible for this, you should understand that love and respect comes in different shapes and sizes. I am not even from this area and just wanted to watch some of the games and enjoy the drinks but now I know I am not allowed to be around other normal people. Adrian the manager handled this situation very well and educated me on some of the previous issues and the security was very respectful and understanding as well. This is an amazing location but it is a shame ill never be able to enjoy it again... oh...

First of all...the food was great...BUT, THE SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! When we first get there we sat there for 15 min before anyone came to our table. Then a waitress gets up from a table behind us sitting with other waitresses and asked what we wanted to drink. It took another 15 min before she came out with our drinks. She came back 10 or so min later to take our order. It took about 25 to 30 min to get our food. Then the waitresses didn't show back up. We needed some more ketchup and butter. I had to walk to the bar and stood there for 5 min with another waitress talking to other waitresses looking at me and never asked how she could help me!!!! After me saying ma'am 3 times the young lady at the bar stopped and I told her hat I needed...which never came. Then I saw our waitress with her personal belongs walking out...im guessing going home...then a completely different waitress comes to our table and again I asked for the ketchup and butter. She brings us a little black 1oz cup halfway filled up with ketchup and one individually wrapped piece of butter to the table. When it was time to pay I gave waitress my debit card and she went over to a table with 2 young men sitting there and stood there with my debit card in her hand on top of the table and was holding a conversation. She had been already hanging out at that table before she came to ours!!!! The food can be perfect but when the service sucks!!! I'll never go back. The food really was good.
