Food: The food was well packaged, fresh, hot, and plentiful. The only downside was the lack of flavor despite adding chili oil and one packet of soy sauce. Despite lacking flavor, I still enjoyed this comforting beef soup. The great service made it all worthwhile.

Service: The BEST thing about my first experience with Dumpling World was the amazing customer service. I called to placed my order and the gentleman that answered was kind, attentive, and thorough. When I arrived, I was greeted with a genuine smile and kindness.

Ambiance: I loved the vibe and cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the restaurant.

If you are debating trying this, stop debating and just go! My husband and I were visiting Houston with our little girl and we have been craving soup dumplings. This place was closer to our hotel than dough zone or wanna bao so we decided to give it a shot. I am so glad that we did. The food came in massive portions, and we ordered way more than we could eat but we were happy that we had leftovers to enjoy the food more. Our little girl was fussy at the beginning and they were so kind, bringing toys and making sure to put our food down not within her reach (those darn grabby toddlers).
