Taqueria Los Charros — Restaurant in Texas

I've been coming here for the past 5 years, today I marked 1 star due to unprofessional environment. Today I ordered a burrito jalisco in advance. I want to say a 10 minute (called). When I got there, my order wasn't ready. Let me tell you something my lunches are only 30 mins and it was my chance to get my food. Well unfortunately it was not. Okay no biggie. After 10 minutes I checked on my order and it was not ready. I asked the lady how long it will take because I have to get back. Well my order came out right after I questioned about food. Of course im upset due to waiting, tell me why the waitress who works on the cashier have the nerve to call me a fatass in spanish. Like seriously you don't call a customer fat in another language especially if you speak the same language as them. Very rude. I asked to speak with the manager once I left, he was not available. These women are very ungrateful, I'm a paying customer and that's how they treat people behind your back. I don't recommend any non spanish people to go up here because they...

I called and placed an order to go today 1/20/2018. I wanted a quesadilla plate and asked what it came with, they said it came with rice, beans, sour cream, avocado, lettuce and tomato. I went ahead and got that along with a chicken fajita tostada. Went to pick up my food, paid and when I opened my food upon returning to work... there was 3 quesadillas inside the plate, no sour cream, no avocado, no rice and no beans, I was extremely upset because I paid $11 for that plate... $11 for a quesadilla plate that only had 3 quesadillas. There was no way for me to go back as I was already back at work. I could not believe that I had been charged $11 for only tortillas and cheese. I would not be going back. We just left here empty handed, we sat down they took our drink order and said they would be back to take our order, I watched a family come in get seated get their drink order taken, everything is fine until , they come back and take their order and bring them their food all while I’m still waiting. When finally asked if I was ready I told them yes and she continued to walk away and not come back. Normally the pace they are in and the food quality makes you bypass the attitude they tend to have but today I couldn’t even get their attention to order my food, I will not be returning especially considering when I brought it their attention that my order wasn’t taken they couldn’t even at least say “I’m sorry for having you sit there for 30 min with nothing...
