Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Galena

Not friendly for a small town in Kansas, I ordered from the DQ app while I was there and it took 30 min.s to get our food, she said they didn't know I was there but she did know I was there no help from her. Then the girl seemed irritated with me when she messed up my cone and had to make a new one. After I already spent $40 on food horrible service and they are rude even though I didn't complain there I did here for the review the manager guy looks like he is pre occupied and doesn't care he just put coupons in my bag for a free ice cream. My husband, two year old daughter, and I had stopped in on Monday September 28, 2015 around 7 pm. We walked in, looked at the menu, was getting ready to place our order and the girl behind the counter called out for another girl. Two other girls joined the one behind the counter, pointed at my two year old daughter, turned their backs and started wispering to one another. I came in on a school trip and we only had 26 people and everyone was super irritated at us. they took our orders but then got upset that we were ordering ice cream and they were huffing and yelling our order numbers super loud and didn’t seem to care about anything. they were complaining about only 4 of them being here but like I work at Walmart where I get cussed out bc we were out of your 2% low-fat no cal vanilla yogurt and we just gave you the normal one. like this is your job and im giving you money. grow up. all of them were adults and had no need to...
