Walgreens — Local services in Galesburg

I am writing to complain about the impolite and disrespectful behaviour of one of the pharmacy techs. (Messy hair, pant legs always pulled up unprofessionally, glasses, and an ugly attitude that gets ignored by her coworkers.) I guess it's okay to treat people as if they're below her. Always so rude to me and others from what I've heard from their own mouths.

She's rude, passive aggressive, and acts as if she's better than anyone. If you don't like your job, then leave. She is sloppy, and will just look at you with hatred, and treats people like they're nothing. She can't use the excuse of being pregnant for her attitude because she hasn't been pregnant in years. Something is seriously wrong with her, and nobody will do a thing about it. I've never dealt with anyone like her before, and that's why I've left the Walgreens on Main street to go to the one on Fremont where they are kind, and more professional.

It is said that one rotten fruit can spoil the entire basket. I have a feeling that she is a negative influence on other staff as well and may even destroy the reputation of your store. I hope you will take care of this issue and improve the store’s customer service. I've been going here since I was 19 years old, and I'm now 57, and have never in all those years experienced anyone as absolutely disrespectful as she is, and has a disgusting personality (or lack there of), and the others behind the pharmacy counter stand by, and let her talk to everyone however she wants. No wonder everyone is leaving to go to the other Walgreens. Human beings don't go around treating other human beings the way this person...

3:37 pm Well I'm sitting here at the pharmacy where my dentist called in a prescription about an hour ago to pick up some antibiotics and pain killers for an extraction I just had a few days ago and when I got here I spoke with the pharmacist (Grace) and told her I was picking up my prescriptions. She (Grace) told me she (Grace) didn't see my name on there and I would have to wait, when I asked her (Grace) how long, she told me "I dunno" you have to wait until it comes up. 4:02 pm- I just asked her (Grace) to check and see if my name came up and she rudely told me that I have to wait because she Is taking care of customers to which I replied "am I not a customer? and I would like to know that I won't be sitting here for an hour to find out my prescription has not been called in and she replied "I guess" really??? She has not looked in the computer and has taken care of 5 people and ignored my request. Alright!!! 4:14pm my prescription is ready!!!....never mind, we've never seen your card which you just used at another walgreens 2 days ago before so it's going to take 20 to 30 minutes so we can call them.... 4:23 pm ok we talked to them and they reimburse you thru mail (lie) 4:26 pm I am out of the store and will thankfully never have to deal with her attitude again... Lewis was pretty cool though, he was running around like crazy picking up...

I love my Walgreens on the corner of Main & Blaine! Everyone is very sweet, helpful & knowledgeable. I feel like I'm walking into a store where a lot of my friends work! I'm very grateful for each person there! They are ALL AWESOME! I have anxiety really bad and I'm not anxious going in here. It's sad that the hours have been cut shorter! It's HIGHLY IRRITATING that the pharmacy is closed on the weekend! Who's stupid idea was that? Thank you for the opportunity to let me...
