I’m waiting in line the 8th car back with five cars behind me to pick up a scheduled order for 9:50 thru DoorDash! It is now 10:15 and I haven’t even made it to the ordering menu! What is the point of doing a scheduled pickup if I can’t pick it up and I’m waiting this late? I’ve already paid, no one will answer the store phone! Employees are walking out leaving with this line as long as it is! I get staffing issues and completely understand that part. But what is the point of allowing scheduled pickup times if there’s no other way to get my order than waiting in this long line that is not moving? You really need to get a better method for that aspect of the job or stop allowing pickups to be scheduled if this is gonna remain the process! Now my daughter will have to be in bed before I ever even get the food, much less be home. Just very frustrating and a waste of time. My food is sitting on a shelf waiting on pickup and was made 30 minutes ago. So it will be cold and no longer worth it. At least these people waiting are getting fresh food! Or at least I hope considering how long they are waiting! UPDATE! Pickup Was for 9:50, it’s 10:35 almost one hour and I just made it to the speaker menu!!! This is truly ridiculous! I would like to add its now 19:54. I made it to the window. There’s only 3 people working. I asked if my food could be made again and fresh due to the hour time difference! The gentleman was very helpful and I hope this review is a reflection on mgt not making sure the store is properly covered as they need and making sure moving forward the people that are closing are well equipped to do so with such a rush. Efficiency and organization need to be addressed to assist these employees. And a better routine to get online orders that are paid for and easier to get taken care of...
Read moreSo to preface, Taco Bell is one of my wife's favorites. She hasn't been able to eat it since my daughter was born, as she has a severe dairy sensitivity. She found out recently that you can order anything "Fresco" and it removes all the dairy and that they have an extensive allergy menu. First issue was we tried to order online, knowing the order would be a bit complicated because of the substitutions we would have to make, app crashed on us several time final was able to put the order together on their website, wouldn't let me add a payment card. I know no fault of the restaurant but just a headache. So went to the store, used the kiosk to order, again because I knew it would be complicated. Order fine, but it took forever. Finally got my order and the drink was flat, they substituted no questions. Get the order home and cut my wife's crunchwrap open sour cream right in top, so she can't eat it, thinking maybe they swapped them checked mine, nothing but cheese and tomato, both were completely botched. What's the point of having an allergy menu and being able to select what you want and don't want if it's going to get ignored. Wife ended up only getting to eat a taco that they didn't mess up and the fries that came with my meal. Thankfully we checked all her items first but if we hadn't my daughter and wife would have been miserable for the next few days. Read moreI would say I'm a very big fan of tacobell myself. Pretty the one the only place growing up my family would eat out at. Over the years I have traveled to about every state and atlest stop at one tacobell if I was able to find one on the way. Along with the orther countries I have visited. I have breakfast everyday tacobell on the way to work. And I'd I forgot lunch or don't want make dinner; taco bell allways a quick fix. I would say I had one bad exprinces before but it wasn't over so much quality but taken over hour each time.
I have visited this location serval times, as it closer than the rest of the taco bells if I'm at home allready. I would say so far the quality has lived up to the tacobell standard. In my last visit the hardshells tasted stale. Like someone left them in open for a few days or something. The food allways seems colder than normal or plain cold forcing me to nuke it myself. They allways forget to give me my soda unless I asked for it but this not big deal beening a new location. The fact the soda is way off like to much fizz or something. Lastly they never had given me a receipt.
But the pros is closer for me and they one the fastest tacos bells I have ever exprince. ( Maybe negtive as they may be cutting to many conners)
