Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Gallup

The manager in Gallup New Mexico the main manager is probably the meanest person on this planet. And I'm not even joking. He does not care what his workers do he does not care how many complaints go in he does not do anything about complaints. He's just kicking back making that money. The workers at most of these Sonics are very slow and rude and very disrespectful sometimes. Half of the stuff does not work when you drive up to place an order on the monitor. None of the screens are working so you can see what's new and what's not. The Gallup area is a very bad place. I can't say one good thing about any of these Sonics in Gallup. I've always had bad experiences almost every time I go if it's not waiting too long for your order it's them arguing with you. Sonic drive-ins in Gallup New Mexico suck. Get rid of the main manager he don't know what he's doing....

Omg this was awful. So sad. The customer service was lacking the food was not that great. We don't do Sonic very often and when we do, normally it's absolutely worth the calories and junk and all that goes with it. This time however it was not. I still tried to choose something on the healthier side and couldn't find the "healthy" options on the menus. Usually they're flagged in green or something. It took forever to get the food and then when my fiance asked if they'd fill his water bottle with ice water she had to ask the manager if it was ok and then put the smallest amount of ice in his cup. All of that coupled with how far off the freeway it was and I'm never going back...

Went to use a gift card that was never used, was going to use it and pay the difference with my debit card. They said I couldn't do half and half but only accepted cash, and if I would drive to go get the cash... really? So what the heck is a gift card good for then...carhop was nice but why couldn't this be just fixed by a manager, wasted 30 minutes of my lunch and never got lunch...so mad right now. Plus they screwed up on my order while waiting to eat my burger, just took one bite. I wanted to save money... Hello that is why I USED THE GIFT Card.... Not happy at all and I know this will...
