This cute little shop is filled with Mexican pan dulce favorites like conchas, empanadas and giant cookies covered with candy sprinkles. While this gal doesn't particularly like pan dulce (it seems like a Martha White dinner roll with some colored flour and sugar on top) this shop has some outstanding items suitable for my stronger- flavor loving palette (I like the strawberry cream cheese pastry). I also want to recognize the textures and artistry in this place are second to none. Definitely a good little shop.

They gave me a price and then I got a call from Aroma Panaderia in Lodi, asking me how much this Panaderia in galt charged me for the cake, because they are the ones that make the cakes and ship them to the one in galt. Read moreI decided to stop by this morning to bring my dad some fresh bread for Father’s Day. The bread was yummy but what I will never understand is why people hire rude people to run their place. She was not the owner, cause the owner lady is usually very very nice. This girl working this morning was so rude and condescending to every one in there. Nothing bugs me more than Spanish speaking older people getting treated poorly. Once it got to me she was just as rude, threw my concha’s at the bottom even though I said not too..
