Harvey Park — Attraction in Galt

This is a nice park with a cool shaded playground under several trees. There is a baseball field here (that needs more watering). There are bathrooms available here too. Mostly clean...cleaner than most parks. There are some bleachers and picnic tables as well. Picnic tables are scattered under treed. Parking along street is a bummer, but not a big deal. I didn't see any "bad" people when I have been be here. Pretty clean park. Play structure has tank bark, so wear shoes unless you like wood chips in...

A quiet place not alot of people, maybe because of covid or the winter season, but it would be better if they had the bathrooms open, seems no one gets out of their vehicles, they just sit for awhile and leave, maybe because it's such a small park, a quick walk around the whole place. Kids would enjoy it, but maybe a couple of them, that's how small it is. Just...

W went here for a kids baseball game. Field was good, had some bleachers and low fencing surrounding field. We didn't use them but lights are there for night games. Couple of picnic tables in smallish-park area. There is a small play structure that has no fencing around it near a semi- busy street. Ok for older kids but keep close watch...
