Tacó Feliz — Restaurant in Galt

I go here just about every week . I started buying the burrito bowls to cut down on carbs . Typically the burrito bowls come in a medium size container . This time I went they charged me the 10$ and handed me a little tiny container . I ask the lady working at the window and she stated this is what they come in . I had let her know they were giving them in the medium containers . I recall this happening on another order . They need to be on the same page and not be so inconsistent. If I had know it came in the small container I would have order something else. Make sure you ask when you order . The food still good 4 stars ..thank you for the response , it’s not a matter that I want the food in a bigger container. I think it’s best to let your customer know the size of the container. When I first bought the Burrito bowl and it came in the bigger container it had a lot more food . Then when I buy another and expecting the same amount but it is less and in a smaller container I felt a little cheated . When I purchased the first time and the server working the window would have said , just so you know we’re out of the small containers that’s what the meal is usually served in. The next week when I show up it’s understood when I order it again . It’s happened a few times . The foods fantastic ! Just asking for that...

I’ve been to most taco trucks within the Galt-Lodi area since this is where I live so I frequent these locations most often. First of all I’ll have to say the location of this truck is genius more times than not I find myself going into the liquor store that it’s parked right next to to get my drinks to go with my meal so that is very convenient. Second as far as quality of food since most taco trucks don’t vastly differ in taste more so in proportions I’d have to say that their spices are what sets them apart their hot options are REALLY hot if that’s your sort of thing other than that it’s nothing special if directly comparing it to other trucks in the area. Lastly the customer service is about what you would expect from a taco truck, they know basic English and can understand you enough to take your order they have always been very friendly and they take out the orders fairly quickly in my experience. All in all solid choice for a food truck, it’s location is what truly sets them apart...

This was my first taco truck I tried after moving to the area, I thought it was unbelievably delicious (I’m a white girl and I am not from California) so maybe I don’t know what I’m talking about but I legitimately think this is the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I got the Gordita with carnitas… so flavorful. the cotija was so good. The meat was SO good.
