I really enjoy this place and every time I get food from here (often) I end up full and satisfied. It's a small place with the same 2-3 workers (given that it's a small business that makes sense) with a nice atmosphere if you sit inside while waiting for your food. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my food, if you order ahead and wait three minutes you're almost always going to be able to walk out with your food within that same minute of arriving. I don't have pictures right now but when I go again I'll take pictures of my meals. The lunch special deal is simply too good to pass up if you're not sure what to eat for lunch. All the food is incredibly tasty and tastes authentic, the lo mein could be a bit more tasteful as it always just tastes like the oil it's cooked in, but I don't mind it too much since the portions are pretty hefty for 10 dollars. I would personally recommend the chicken garlic, the shrimp with lobster sauce, the curry chicken, the hot and spicy shrimp, and the Mongolian beef. My only gripe with this business is that they don't have the best customer service, I don't blame them for being a little blunt due to having to work and cook in the heat, but I always still say thank you for every interaction, and don't bother them. However, last time I sent my girlfriend and her mother to order us some food since it was her mom's first time eating there and I was busy with another task. Well, when my girlfriend came back she told me that the main worker who's always taking orders was rude to her mom for simply asking a question about what was included in a plate. She wasn't complaining or raising her voice or getting snippy with the worker, but the worker was still rude to her and very blunt when a simple calm reply could have sufficed to give her the info my mother-in-law was asking for. I have noticed in the past when waiting in the restaurant she's treated other patrons similarly and maybe it's just something lost in translation, but I wasn't surprised at this claim by my girlfriend and am more than inclined to believe her. Again that's my only complaint really, comes with any business I suppose but could be improved. Either way, it's takeout food and I never eat house so it's not a major deal breaker for me, just something to be aware of if you buy from...
Read moreSo I call and order take out over the phone and all is good. We leave to go pick it up and when you pull up to the establishment it looks run down and just god awful to the point I asked my husband “are you sure we should eat here?” He says sure so he goes in and pays and we leave. We get back to our room and this is not cashew chicken. I call them and tell them I think we got someone else’s order, she argues with me and I tell her I don’t want a refund I just want the right food. I explain to her what I’m looking at and she says it is cashew chicken, I tell her I really don’t think it is but if this is what their cashew chicken looks like I don’t want it. she tells me she will not refund me my money and hangs up on me. (super professional) so I call back and ask how we can resolve this and she says we can’t they are totally unwilling to work with me in any way. DO NOT GO HERE! THE “cashew chicken” LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE DOG FOOD🤢🤮🤮🤮 I also added a picture of their god awful Chicken...
Read moreI went there for the first time. Ordered my food by phone right outside (that was smart) and my total was $12. But before I signed my credit card receipt - I saw the total as $34!!!! I pointed it out, had to wait like 30 min. Before I signed it!! They wanted to give me cash for the difference - IF I WAITED TILL THEY GOT THAT CASH. UGH. They ended up charging me again (without my credit card bc I left with it) and now I have 2 charges on my account. 2 guys behind me said they were regulars and that a woman who works there usually did the "register" but she want there that night. I hope that these guys are not scammers - hoping to "get me" while I was tipsy. I'm not a hater and don't like negative talk, but I called them earlier for my refund and got...
