Our recent encounter with Domino's Pizza was far from satisfactory and left us disheartened. After placing an order, the wait extended beyond the promised time, exceeding an hour. The anticipation turned into frustration as we eagerly awaited our meal.
What compounded the disappointment was the regrettable demeanor of the staff. When approaching them about the delay, the responses were marked by rudeness and a lack of empathy. It was disheartening to feel dismissed and treated with indifference, especially after having entrusted them with our order and promptly completing the payment process.
The essence of customer service lies not only in delivering a quality product but also in ensuring a positive overall experience. Unfortunately, this particular interaction with Domino's Pizza fell short on both fronts. The extended wait time and the dismissive attitude exhibited by the staff collectively painted a picture of a service that did not prioritize customer satisfaction.
In today's competitive market, where numerous dining options are available, the importance of customer service cannot be overstated. It is the foundation upon which a positive reputation is built. In the case of this Domino's Pizza experience, the prolonged wait and the discourteous behavior have left us contemplating whether we would choose this establishment for future orders.
It is our hope that this feedback is taken constructively, prompting a reflection on the service standards upheld by Domino's Pizza. A commitment to timely deliveries and a respectful engagement with customers would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive and loyal...
Read moreThis Dominos is absolutely horrible! I ordered pizza on Wednesday (2 days ago). My pizza came with the toppings slid to the side and I had received regular crust instead of the pan crust that I ordered. They apologized and said they would replace it. Two days later (today) I called in to have it replaced. They didn’t have it recorded as a replacement, but the manager did it anyways. However, when I got my pizza, it had pizza sauce on it, and I asked for it without. I know I did specifically because I can’t stand pizza sauce. I called in immediately... The manager then told me “you didn’t ask for no sauce, our calls are recorded”. I asked him to check the recording, because I know I did. He came back on the phone in 2 minutes (even though the first time I talked to him the call was 8 minutes) and said he listened to it, and I didn’t say no sauce. There’s nothing he could do. How did he listen thoroughly to an 8 minute call in two minutes? I was willing to exchange the pizza, didn’t even want to keep it!
Also, let me point out I order from dominos at least every two weeks. This is the first replacement order ever, and it was an awful experience! I will purchase anything from this dominos ever...
Read moreGreat food, but hostile manager (yes, YOU Amber. This isn't the first or last time someone mentioned you in a negative review). I visited on 9/7/20 at approximately 5:20pm. Manager "Amber" did not greet me. She was busy rushing, yelling, talking down to employees, and over-the-top hostile. The hardest part was seeing the looks on the employees faces. They weren't speaking up for themselves. I got the impression that this situation was only working because the employees beneath her were quiet and willing to be doormats. It made it uncomfortable to be there. I felt lucky that I had the freedom to leave. After getting my order I was able to walk out the door and be away from her loud yelling and screaming. They were stuck in that oppressive and negative environment. She doesn't at all come across as being able to handle the restaurant when it's busy. Lashing out at others and making customers feel unwelcome isn't OK. I've seen busy pizza places where managers are positive, productive, and still keep things moving. In addition to posting here I sent this complaint...
