Fiesta Mexico Restaurant — Restaurant in Garden City

So I have been there twice!! The first 2 times the food and the service were awesome!! Both days were on a Sunday morning, today I decided to try their tortas ! So I ordered 2 tortas de asada with avocado on both paid and waited, this was a to go order, so I get my order then I left , when I got home to my surprise NO Tortas!! They were sopes!! I called the restaurant and they were willing to make this right, so I told the lady all I wanted was the tortas that I order, so I drove back and they did exchange it so got back home there is no avocado on any of the tortas, but there was plenty of beans on it!! I never had a torta with beans on it, The torta didn’t have any taste! I was so surprised!!! Because that last 2 times the food was great! Salsas are good, I don’t know if the timing had anything to do with it, las 2 times were in the noon to like 3 pm, This time was like 7pm! Also the torta didn’t look nothing like the one on the picture! So sad! I didn’t feel like dealing with this...

Yesterday I called at 7:20. I ordered some tacos. They told me 10 minutes I show up 20 minutes later. I go by the window. I rang the bell several times three girls went by. They noticed that i was there, but they didn't even go to the window after that, I called they answered and I told her hey I made an order she said yes I have your order ready and I said OK. I'm at the window. She still didn't go to the window after waiting 10 more minutes I decided to park and go inside she said oh we forgot we didn't see you at the window and I said yeah you guys did three girls went by. She said oh I think they were getting ready to go home when they were still working, I love this place. I go there quite often cause the food is good but the girl there Seem like they don't care eventually people are gonna stop going there because of the service. I hope that doesn't happen. The service is the problem. Not the food...

Tried this Mexican restaurant. Went in with the mentality of it being another one of the many Mexican restaurants we already have. We left very satisfied with the service, quality of food and prompt service. The place is very clean, they have a varied menu, but the best part for us was the quality and taste of the food. It was very good. We tried the carne asada, a burrito, the molcajete. Went back the next day for brunch, we had the chilaquiles, menudo and breakfast burrito. They were all very good. Give this place a try and it will eliminate 90% of all the other Mexican restaurants you have tried in Garden. We will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant.
