Daylight Donuts — Restaurant in Garden City

Best donut shop in the United States. I've had crispy creme, Duncan donuts, winchels and fifteen other mom and pop style donut shops and these guys take the award. They're consistently prefect on their spot on preparation of every donut. I've been coming to this location for almost 25 years and they haven't let me down yet. I've got friends in Colorado that request me to bring them a couple dozen with me when I visit them. Their food and coffee is great as well. I went in after my appointment which was early in the morning and I decided to go and I really didn’t care what donuts they had left. It was 10:30 and the lady at the counter said they had donut holes left and I said sure that fine and another customer came through the drive through and the lady at the counter gave all of the donuts to her instead of me, very disappointed ended up going to another donut place which they were excellent and the owners there are very kind...

Good stuff. Loved the donuts. Loved the price point. My only complaint would be that the door seemed to be locked so I wasn’t able to enter. I almost thought the place was closed until I saw cars at the drive through. Not sure if it was a one time thing or if the store has a closed dine in. Other than that, great experience as I was able to use the drive through and get a donut and a cup of joe. No frills, good donut and black coffee....
