Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Garden City

My husband loves Puzza Hut and i go along because he loves it. Today we visited this location for lunch. The place was clean and service was pretty good. I ordered sweet tea, they had regular and I could add sweetener. When they brought it out they didn't have any regular sugar, truck didn't show up they said. I asked for a straw, "we don't have non, truck didn't show up" I ordered Chicken Alfredo, breadsticks were good and hot but Alfredo was cold. You get a C- Go down the street to Dillons and get some straws and sugar (two other customers asked fornthe same items while we were eating). When I told the waitress they need to check the oven temp because my Alfredo was cold, she wrinkled her forehead and said 'really?' And offered nothing else in response. I had a delivery order of 2 larhe pizzas. They were both raw on the inside. I did try to make them more but that just did not work they were gross. They refused to remake them for me so we could actually have edible pizza for dinner. They instead decided that a $15 credit on my order of over $40 was reasonable. They were rude condescending and unwilling to give me something that we could actually eat after paying that amount of money. I don't even live in Garden City to get that $15 credit. I had placed an online order as I always do and when I showed up to the drive thru to pick up no one had came up to the window and 10 min had already passed by and one employee came up to the window to grab something then left right away no one ever open the window to ask me for my order and I had seen two cars behind me and now it has been more than 10 min so I went around and got behind the other cars and finally the line started moving when I got up to the window the worker was rude and and just took my card aggressively and handed me my food aggressively and then closed the window.
