Loving Lefse – Incredible Food & Even Better People! Loving Lefse is an absolute gem! The lefse is fresh, soft, and full of flavor—truly some of the best I’ve ever had. The service was just as impressive. Angeline and John, the owners, were so kind and welcoming. It was a joy getting to know them and experiencing the passion they put into everything they do. Delicious food, warm atmosphere, and amazing people—what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

So yummy! We went by the Green Acres Food Truck park on Saturday on our way to a soccer game. None of us had ever tried Lefse before but come on, a potato based sweet treat?? Literally a dream. The owners are the NICEST people on earth and the food and coffee were incredible. We got a Nutella one, a chorizo & egg breakfast, and the brown sugar and cinnamon one (can’t remember what it was called!) all 3 were delicious. Highly recommend you check them out!

Literally the sweetest people with the most delicious lefse and coffee! They were so helpful and made my morning! They also gave my puppy a little pup cup which was so sweet of them! Definitely recommend this place! Happy to see them grow and become more and more popular! Well deserved!

I’ve been here afew time after school on Saturday with some friends. And we always go here. So ive almost tried everything on their menu. And I can honestly say there has not been one thing I have not loved. The people in the truck are so polite and honest about wait times. And I just found out it is a sister and brother who started this truck together so it’s nice to know I’m supporting a honest family business. Loving...
